The average person would have gotten frustrated but he handled himself with grace. 100/10 would recommend. Everyone we came across handled themselves with tremendous levels of professionalism, grace, and genuineness. It's more common than not to have a bad experience at dealerships. I came to this Honda location because I don’t know much about cars and wanted to trust the professionals to explain what was going on with my vehicle. Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager, Tania Joya, left me feeling completely dismissed and gaslit. She told me she would follow up with me after speaking to the mechanic, but that call never came. I had to make multiple calls myself just to reach her. When we finally spoke, instead of helping me understand the situation, she was defensive and made me feel like I was the problem for asking questions. At one point, she even accused me of suggesting Honda tampered with my car (something I never said or believed). As someone who went in looking for clear guidance, I left feeling confused, blamed, and without any real answers. This is not the kind of treatment I expected when seeking professional advice. More
This was by far the most disgusting and shady experience I’ve ever had with any company. I brought my 2019 vehicle (only 60,000 miles, always well maintained, never any issues) in for a simple electrical pr I’ve ever had with any company. I brought my 2019 vehicle (only 60,000 miles, always well maintained, never any issues) in for a simple electrical problem due to a faulty sensor. The car was driving perfectly fine before I dropped it off. After Honda replaced the sensor, I picked up the car and immediately noticed it sputtering. The very next day, my car completely broke down on the road and had to be towed — all because of their “service.” When I called to ask how a car that ran flawlessly before could suddenly die ONE DAY after leaving their shop, I was fed an insulting excuse. They claimed the breakdown was due to “bad spark plugs” supposedly installed by another company, even though I confirmed with that company those plugs were fully approved for my car. Conveniently, this so-called “pre-existing issue” was never mentioned during their original diagnostics — yet somehow it magically appeared right after they touched my vehicle. The manager, Tania, promised to call me back after speaking with the mechanic but never did. Instead, I had to chase her down with multiple phone calls, only to be met with rudeness, deflection, and blame-shifting. She even accused me of suggesting Honda tampered with my vehicle — when all I wanted was an explanation and some accountability (mistakes happen!). This entire ordeal has destroyed my trust in Honda. The negligence, dishonesty, and sheer lack of professionalism here are absolutely unacceptable. I feel completely taken advantage of, and I would strongly warn anyone against trusting this location with their vehicle. More
Do not buy or lease from the Criswell Honda branch without thoroughly researching the price. They will rob you in the name of tariffs. The entire staff is trained to do this. Try a different Honda Dea without thoroughly researching the price. They will rob you in the name of tariffs. The entire staff is trained to do this. Try a different Honda Dealership for your car purchases or search the price on google for the car you are picking up from this dealership. These guys will trap you with offering a higher offer for your trade, change it, and hike the price of the new car. Therefore, you need to be careful when dealing with salespeople and sales managers here. More
