At the time I bought my new 2006 RL, the salesman recommended Chris Thomas as the service specialist. I first thought, this is only salesmanship, anyone will do. Well, I have dealt with Chris Thoma recommended Chris Thomas as the service specialist. I first thought, this is only salesmanship, anyone will do. Well, I have dealt with Chris Thomas for all except one of my service calls. It is not that the other spaecialist was rude or unprofessional, but with Chris, the service experience has been more like a relationship. He knows me and his treatment makes me feel special to Acura. I feel like I am part of the family. I don't know if the salesman is still around but I sure am glad he recommended Chris. More
I was happy with the speed at which I was taken for service, and the time it took for the service to be done. I am unhappy that I am required to write 250 characters...it should be enough that I hav service, and the time it took for the service to be done. Mark is the best. We have previously owned a BMW and a Land Rover, but have received by far the best service from Mark at Criswell Acura. I had to bring my car back in for additional service, and as soon as the part was in, Mark contacted me to set up a convenient date and time. As always, he was very polite and friendly. He ensured the time was suitable for me, and offered to provide me with a loaner car. Since the work to be done would not take long, I waited for the service to be completed. Alex, as always, did a great job. She completed the work effectively and efficiently, finishing in less time than was initally estimated. Since the work to be completed was under warranty, it was done with no charge to me. Overall, the experience was great. I will definitely return to Criswell for my next car purchase. More
The service department is what sold me on the car back in 2003 when I bought my RSX. When I saw with Acura that i had a single point of contact for all my service, vs being put into a queue and just speaking to some random person that knew nothing of my cars history, I was sold. I have never had a bad experience, and I have been having my car serviced there since 2003. My only negative would be that since their renovation, the service agents used to have sit down desks that made you feel like you were getting a lot more personal service, to stand up desks without any chairs, which really makes me feel like they want to spend less attention, but that’s just my take... same great people, just a different setup. More

Chris was very willing to help me schedule a routine service for my Acura as well as fix a seatbelt my dog had ruined. I was in and out of the service department extrememly quickly and on my way to wor service for my Acura as well as fix a seatbelt my dog had ruined. I took in 2002 Acura MDX in for a vibration/shudder condition. Turns out that the transmission was the problem. My 7 year/100K warrantee had expired in April 2009. A new transmission would have costed condition. Turns out that the transmission was the problem. My 7 year/100K warrantee had expired in April 2009. A new transmission would have costed $5,500. Chris went the extra mile on this. He managed to figure out that I should be able to get by with just a torque converter replacement, and this would bring down the cost to around $2,600. Even better, after discussing with the warrantee folks, Chris was able to get them to grant me the warrantee price, which brought the total down to $850. I was also given a loaner car for almost 2 weeks while all this was playing out. Overall, excellent customer service. Crisswell Acura is probably the best experience I have ever had in dealing with Car Service in over 20 years of car ownership. More
