When I scheduled my service appt, Mark explained everything to me that would be done to my car. I questioned various items, and he took the time to explain further why each service was necessary. I initially thought the price was high, but after his explanations, I understood. Even my husband said it was a good deal. Also, because I was having an extensive amount of work done, Mark volunteered to provide me with a loaner car. Then when I arrived for the service, everyone was very friendly. Mark had all the paperwork ready and filled out as much as possible, so I did not have to spend a lot of time there. The loaner I had to drive was very, very nice. A part had to be ordered, and Mark called and offered me the choice of having the part overnighted while I kept the loaner the rest of the day, or to pick up my car and allow me to come back next week when the part comes in (I chose the latter). I picked up my car later that morning -- the work was done very quickly! -- and was delighted to find my car clean and shiny and all the work done to my satisfaction. Mark reviewed with me exactly what had been done. Alex ensured everything was done properly and quickly. I have to say this is the only place I have ever enjoyed going to to have work done on my car. John does not push for unnecessary service, but always lets me know when something is really needed. If I wait for service, the waiting area is comfortable, with free donuts, beverages, paper and television. When work is done, I have not found it necessary to go back because it was not done properly. I have over 300,000 miles on my car, and Criswell Acura has performed nearly all of the maintenance on it. This should be a testament to its work. More
I dropped off my car and was shuttled to work. Shuttle was ready and waiting for me. As soon as my car was finished, Mark called me as soon as the work was done with the cost, which was UNDER the estimat was ready and waiting for me. We are return customers to Criswell Accura. My wife and I purchased a 2003 MDX and subsequently used Criswell for all of our maintenance and repair work. We found the Criswell Seervice Dept. to be efficent I purchased a 2003 MDX and subsequently used Criswell for all of our maintenance and repair work. We found the Criswell Seervice Dept. to be efficent and complete in their services to our car. My Wife appreciated the fact that she was not treated as "Female second class citizen" as so many Service Depts are guilty of. The recent experience of buying a 2009 MDX was even more pleasent. I was impressed by his knowledge of the inner workings of each vehicle we looked at and his ability to understand what it was I was looking for in a car. Congenial and helpful, but never pushy. In fact, I was so impressed by this dealership and its employees that I returned a vehicle I had purchased the day before so that I could drive home in a new Acura knowing it was the right decision. Alan even stayed with us well after his shift was over so that he could show us how to use the bells and whistles that came with the vehicle. I’m going back for another training session next week because there are alot of bells and even more whistles. That’s what I call superior service after the sale. So if you want a great vehicle at a great price and want to work with a very professional sales staff, then you must check out Criswell Acura of Annapolis. Ask for Alan and tell him George sent you. He was knowledgeable and so patient in explaining all the great features on my new TL. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly.
