Chris has always been my service representative. He is professional and always appropriate. He is an excellent representation of the Acura brand. I expect to pay more for a luxury brand and likewise, I expect the employees of a luxury brand to be better and give more. On today, I called Chris while driving from Washington, DC to Annapolis, MD and left a message that something was wrong with my car. Chris returned my call immediately and said bring it in. I did and it was my transmission. Even sharing this news, Chris was professional and knew how to connect with me to provide the information. Stefano was a great person to deal with.He kept on top of things and was very acomidating to my work schedule. At the initial meeting I did not have much time and he explained lots of information to me in a things and was very acomidating to my work schedule.
