I purchased my used Audi Q4 from Carmax. I needed the 35,000 mile service and had a check engine light on so I wanted to have the work performed where I bought the car. I contacted Carmax to schedule se 35,000 mile service and had a check engine light on so I wanted to have the work performed where I bought the car. I contacted Carmax to schedule service for a Thursday or Friday. The next open date was December 2, 2010. I searched the web for the nearest Audi dealer. I was able to schedule the service the same week and able to drop the car off on Thursday. By EOB Thursday, I had a quote for both the 35,000 mile service and the repair. The Estimate was $509. I was notified on Friday that my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived, it looked like the car was cleaned. When I went to pay the bill, the total price was $469. Mike Lynn was helpful, courteous and professional. The service was completed on schedule and the final price was below the original estimate. I was quite pleased and will return for my next scheduled service. More

Adam, my initial contact person was not in when I went to make my purchase and Greg,the manager, added a personal touch and took very good care of me from beginning to end. I also, want to add that there were 2 other dealerships that were half the distance from my home. Criswell Audi was worth the drive!!! They are A+ in my book and I highly recommend them!! More

The service and overall service experience delivered by Criswell was exceptionally superior. I received a 35K mile service, but wearable parts (brakes) were not covered by either the warranty or the exten Criswell was exceptionally superior. As a luxury car manufacturer, Audi should provide optional pricing models in its initial sales contracts to address such basic maintenance requirements. More
I have had several Audi vehicles and have had to deal with most dealerships in the DC area since i live in Arlington VA. For the last 3 years i ONLY deal with Criswell and I have had enormous success wh with most dealerships in the DC area since i live in Arlington VA. For the last 3 years i ONLY deal with Criswell and I have had enormous success when dealing with Ray! All other dealerships make me wait 7-30 days for routine service and Ray will accommodate same day. Recently I had an engine sensor fail and Audi roadside care picked me up in 20 minutes, had me o Criswell in another 30 and Ray had me in a Q5 loaner in 10 minutes..... Problem was fixed in 2 days and I was back in my Q7 in record time....... More
Our first meeting with a person at the dealership was with Adam Efland just to see what cars were available in our price range. When we went back the next day unfortunately it was Adam's day off so Alan with Adam Efland just to see what cars were available in our price range. When we went back the next day unfortunately it was Adam's day off so Alan Hannon took care of us. He was very good at explaining about the car, what was done to it to have it qualify as certified, and what our total cost would be. He gave us printouts of all and any repairs and the carfax. He was also very fair with the trade-in value of the car we were trading. We decided to purchase the Audi and on 11/6/10 we finalized the deal and again Alan took care of explaining some of the features of our "New" car and getting us on the road. Even though we did not really deal with any other sales people at the dealership every one there was very helpful and friendly. We do thank Alan for making this car buying experience a pleasant one. We will also put in a good word for David Grasmick. He was very efficient getting our tag transfer and registration. William and Christina Story More

When you are buying a luxury vehicle, your buying experience should be top-notch and Criswe the Q7. They were extremely courteous and professional. I also appreciated that both Adam and Greg spoke to me (the wife) directly about the Q7 as it is my car and not my husband's car. Other dealerships do not do that. I have never had anything less than 1st class service at Criswell Audi & Service. Ray Johns is always my service advisor and he is a world class employee! He alone is reason enough for me to continue bein Criswell Audi & Service. Ray Johns is always my service advisor and he is a world class employee! He alone is reason enough for me to continue being an Audi customer, but the rest of the team in the service Bay and the dealership are also outstanding. Curteous, friendly/personable, timely, helpful and honest are just 6 words that come to mind when I think of my experience with Ray Johns and the Audi Servicemen. More
