Upon my arrival at the service area, I was greeted in a professional and friendly manner. My request was immediately attended to, and the 5,000 mile check took the expected amount of time. A neighbor who also owns an Audi had told me that the service department, and especially Ray Johns, has a great reputation. I brought my Audi in because the service light was illuminated for the brake light. Whenever I need service I always ask for Ray, because he provides outstanding customer service. Following routine maintence (35,000 mile tune up) and recall work on the transmission the car would not start. Apparently something caused damage to the battery during the servicing. Criswell staff handled the problem immediately and effectively. I don't expect perfection from Criswell (or myself, my kids, or my employees). I do expect excellence and that is what I received. I will continue to recommend Criwell Audi to my friends and plan to continue my relationship with Criswell and Audi. More
I have been a customer of Criswell Audi going on 3 years now. I'm always treated with respect and concern for my needs and that of my car. All the Customer Service Reps in the Audi Service Dept. are very fr now. I'm always treated with respect and concern for my needs and that of my car. All the Customer Service Reps in the Audi Service Dept. are very friendly and knowledgeable about their product. The Audi Service Dept. Office is very well kept, the Service Bay Area is first class with the most up to date equipment. The Customer Waiting Area is very nice with comfortable seating, Lg. flat screen TV, WIFI, morning news paper as well as doughnuts and coffee. All service done to my car is full explained up front with an estimate of how long the service will take and what the cost will be. If the service on my car is going to take most of the day or more, I'm provided with a new Audi loaner car free of charge. When I pick up my car it's always vacuumed and washed. I have purchased a few high end cars over the years from Volvo, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Audi and I have to say Criswell Audi is second to none. More

They were also accommodating to our 18 month old daughter's behavior and our late arrival to the store (they all stayed late to finish the deal.) We drove our first Audi home cognizant that we negotiated a great price and car package we wanted with anticipation of excellent customer service and support ahead of us. It's only been a week since we drove the Audi home and so far, we are just amazed with the German Engineering of this vehicle. The wonderful features and electronic/mechanical elements are very impressive! It's a slick-looking and smooth-driving sedan. I went to the dealership to assist my niece with purchasing an Audi A4. It turns out that it was an RS4, a car I had always dreamed of owning but didn't think it was possible to find one. Not only did Mike, George, and Alan work to make sure the car was everything I wanted, they kept me informed at every step of the preparation and sales process. You couldn't ask for a more professional and helpful group. I highly recommend Criswell Audi / Acura; In fact, my brother-in-law bought an Acura MDX from Criswell Acura (next door) last month and had a wonderful experience as well. This review is for Audi Brand Specialist Jerome Snoddy only. I have been going to Criswell for four years and have ALWAYS had bad experiences with the sales department. (But I love the A6 and the servic only. I have been going to Criswell for four years and have ALWAYS had bad experiences with the sales department. (But I love the A6 and the service department is great.) Jerome Snoddy is the exception however. He's the best! Jerome is knowledgeable, patient and doesn't have a spiel or put any pressure whatsoever on the customer. Working with him was not only pleasure but a great relief. When we're ready for a new Audi, I hope Jerome is still at Criswell. More
