The manager informed me that one was coming to him around the end of November and that he had on the lot one I could actually see and drive that was not equipped with the navigation I wanted. I drove to Annapolis that Saturday and bought the car which was delivered in a timely fashion. It was an easy transaction and nice place to take my business. More

I bought the car yesterday and have only driven it a short distance, however, it seems to be a great car. I traded in an ES 350 Lexus that I loved, but wanted a car with a trunk that I could put tall items in. This was my first service visit to Criswell. My fault, but I assumed that the service would be performed right at the sales location which was the only address that I had.. Somehow made it to the Acura S but I assumed that the service would be performed right at the sales location which was the only address that I had.. Somehow made it to the Acura Service where they gave me directions to your service center. When I tried to make my appointment, I contacted service and left a voice mail with someone. After that, I went online and made an appointment. During the day, I was contacted by three different individuals about the appointment. As I see it you have a hole in your computer system such that people are not working on the same page. Should not have been necessary to have three people working on the same appointment. With three phone contacts, not one person advised me that the service address was different from the sales showroom address. Finally when at the service center it was not obvious as to where I was to go/park. I just lucked out and had the car parked just outside your entrance door. guess I am used to parking at the entrance to large garage doors at service centers. Lastly, all the information that I had provided on your website had to be reentered manually. This should all have popped up and been ready for the service manager to confirm. So, right now, I am not extremely satisfied with that entire experience. Room for improvement. Lastly, this was the second contact from Criswell thanking me for my service. Computers are great but you have not coordinated their use very well. More

Dick is always so nice and helpful and takes care of my car. I have been a part of the corporate Volkswagen Audi since 1969 and feel I get the best servcie and care when I visit Criswell. I am retired and have an Audi A6, 2000, and I love my car. I want to keep it in top condition because at my age I do not want to have to make car payments. Dick took the time to evaluate my car's condition and pointed out things that I need to get done in the near future. It means a lot to have someone I can trust advise me on the care of my care. Even tho there is a dealer closer I feel much better knowing that Criswell is taking care of it and doing a good job. More

Their inventory of new Audis is most impressive, offering the prospective buyer many popular color and option choices. Criswell has been our exclusive Audi Store and service facility for more than 12 years because in our opinion their business is a model of excellence amid the plethora of automobile dealerships in the Baltimore/Washington region. I just purchased a new Q5 and am happy with the shopping experience. Typically car buying can feel adversarial with buyer and dealer haggling endlessly which I find exhausting. Brian was able to determine that I was best reached by email and honored that preference. From that point on, the search was conducted for the right vehicle and the right options at the price I was looking for by quick email exchanges. All other dealers contacted during my search wanted to call me, have me visit multiple times, which was clearly not how I wanted to spend my time. Criswell was polite, effiencient and very accomodating. I've recommended them to a few friends already and said it may be worth an extra few miles to drive to this dealer over another that may be geographically a little more convenient. Many thanks. More
I have two Audi A6's and have been doing business for Criswell Audi for over 10 years. The work has always exceeded my expectations, has been done in a very professional manner and is always timely. As soon as I can afford it, I plan to replace my two A6's with new (or newer) Audi's. They are fantastic cars with outstanding service to back them up. My only complaint is having to avoid the fresh donuts provided everytime I come in. It takes all of my willpower to drink the complementary water and avoid the donuts.
