Brian was quite busy but we never felt hurried or like a number.Brian was a straight shooter and since we had already done our research we knew the numbers were right. The paerwork was done with ease and efficiancy. They met our banks 2.9%, considering that prime was 3.9%.The best thing about it was how efficient they were, when Brian asked for certain information from Geico there was no back and forth. In order to be thorough Brian asked for the insurance info to be faxed and emailed so there was np delay. The finace guy , i forgot his name, was equally suportive and competent. We bought a Q5 that day and we couldn't be happier.the entire experience was devoid of all the usual nightmares associated with buying a new car. The people were incredibly professional. No pressure. No games. No nagging phone calls or incessant emails. The showroom was super clean even in the winter. There weren't piles of papers all over the No games. No nagging phone calls or incessant emails. The showroom was super clean even in the winter. There weren't piles of papers all over the place evident in many other dealers I visited. I probably paid 500 dollars more than I would have elsewhere, but their no-nonsense style made me want to do business with them, and trust that their service department would be similar. If the showroom was messy and full of trash like the others I visited, wouldn't the service bays be the same or worse? I would recommend a trip to Criswell for the purchase of your next Audi, as I will mine. More
When the check engine light illuminated on my A4 (2008), I took it in to be checked and Michael Lynn reported that two of the cylinders were fouled and that they needed to be flushed ($400) or manually chec I took it in to be checked and Michael Lynn reported that two of the cylinders were fouled and that they needed to be flushed ($400) or manually checked ($900). When I expressed my dismay at the need (the car was checked out about a month ago right before it hit 50K miles) Michael went to his supervisor to see what could be done to make this unhappy customer happy. The $400 process was accomplished without cost to me. Who could be happier, now let's hope that that service fixed the problem. When Dick Schiavone returns from vacation I will follow up with him, too. This experience confirms that it pays to be a loyal customer to Criswell (since 2000). This is my second audi purchased from you. Let's hope it lasts 11 years as the first one did. Thank you, Mary Alexander More
I first contacted the dealer via email, inquiring about a specific vehicle. Brian Harrigan responded within the hour and we quickly established a rapport by email. Brian was very easy to work with. He was specific vehicle. Brian Harrigan responded within the hour and we quickly established a rapport by email. Brian was very easy to work with. He was very accomodating in that he even came in on a day off to allow me to attempt to fit child seats in the vehicle. A few days later I went back to the dealership to make the purchase. Brian was busy with another customer so Greg (?) Kaplan took over. Greg just barked numbers at me, made some snarky comments, and didn't even bother to introduce himself to my wife (or kids). He lowballed me on the trade, which was expected, but when I explained that I had a Carmax offer he doubted and basically called my wife a liar. I understand, yeah, he's the sales manager, and perhaps he's in a tough position of business vs friendliness, but there's no excuse for not extending basic courtesy. I mean, we don't need them, they need us. I waited a year to buy this car, I can wait longer and will wait longer rather than deal with an xxxxxx. As such, we were two seconds from walking out the door likely never to return. Fortunately Brian finished up his other business and came by in time to hear my wife tell Kaplan to can his attitude. Brian did a bit of damage control and we all ended up coming to a sales agreement. By the time all was said and done, the dealership was closed and everyone was gone. Everyone, that is, but Brian who stayed to see me off. I even saw him answer some questions for another customer that drove up, despite it being well after closing on New Year's Eve. Bottom line: Do - consider Criswell Audi as a dealership that deserves your business Do - speak with Brian Harrigan as your sales consultant Do - minimize (or better yet eliminate) all interation with Greg Kaplan; unless of course you like attitude and ill-timed bitter sarcasm More
Until I showed up at the dealer (4 hour drive) I had not met Mike or David and not seen the vehicle in person. The car was exactly as represented. In fact, it exceeded my expectations. Mike Scandora was ve met Mike or David and not seen the vehicle in person. The car was exactly as represented. In fact, it exceeded my expectations. Mike Scandora was very cordial and helpful and steered me to a better financial arrangement than I had made in advance saving me about $2600. He was also patient and shared my pain when trying to return a rental car to a very poorly marked and inaccurately addressed Hertz location. My only comment that is less than stellar is regarding David Grasmick. He processed my financing quickly and efficiently, but was visibly stressed by some computer delays. He also became angry with a family member who called his cell phone during our meeting and raised his voice to the caller. Overall, positive experience More

Ray John's at the Service Center was excellent. I think he was more upset about the nail in my tire than I was. He also was able to give me a loaner car even though I didn't have an appointment and showed he was more upset about the nail in my tire than I was. He also was able to give me a loaner car even though I didn't have an appointment and showed up unannounced on a Saturday. He deserves a gold star! Additionally, I think the price was very fair. More
Brian was easy to work with from the time I walked into the dealership to test drive the S4 options they had on hand. He and Greg let me drive the cars solo, and were very accommodating in the time between the dealership to test drive the S4 options they had on hand. He and Greg let me drive the cars solo, and were very accommodating in the time between the test drives and the purchase. Brian went so far as to follow-up w/ me over the weekend to see if I had any questions about the car. Finance staff were very accommodating too. More
Our experience was exceptional. There was no pressure and the sales manager within minutes gave us a very fair price for our trade. It ws a snowy day and they kept bringing different A-4's for us to see which allowed us to compare cars side by side and different features. It made our final choice much easier.Greg & Kashaan were great and there was another salesman who really was helpful. It was obvious they love their jobs and the product they sell. The gal that did our closing was fantastic and again there was no pressure to purchase additional coverage. We did purchase Audi Care. She explained all our options but it was left to us to decide what we wanted. They had our car, which was still essential wrapped for transport, cleaned and ready within an hour. Of all our auto purchasing experiences, over the years, this was by far one of the best we have ever had. Richard & Neena Rodgers More
Overall everything was great with the service, although when they washed the car, they forgot to wash the rims/wheels and the car was left wet rather than dried off. That surprised me. I'm sure it will b when they washed the car, they forgot to wash the rims/wheels and the car was left wet rather than dried off. That surprised me. I'm sure it will be more thorough next time. Everyone was friendly and professional. I greatly appreciate the loaner car. That was a real nice touch. Thank You! Mark Wheeler More
