I took my car in for Service, everything was done right the first time and it was ready when promised. What more could you ask for ? We were extremely satisfied with the service we recv' from Mike Lynn and the staff at Criswell Audi. They "went the extra mile" on taking care of us and great care of our A-8. The A-8 was returned profes from Mike Lynn and the staff at Criswell Audi. They "went the extra mile" on taking care of us and great care of our A-8. The A-8 was returned professionally cleaned with special care on the wheels, to the point that they look brand new. Again we were extremely satisfied and happy! More
Always a pleasure to work with ALL the Criswell Audi Service and Parts people. Great people and great professionals! I have been dealing with them for many years. First with service on my two Acura Lege Service and Parts people. Great people and great professionals! I have been dealing with them for many years. First with service on my two Acura Legend coupes. More recently on n Audi A6 and two S4 Cabriolets. While I love the products(particularly the current Audis), the relationships I have with the service personnel in the service office and on the service floor are important parts of my continuing loyalty to this dealership and their cars. the service level has improved mainly due to the relationship we have with MR. Schiavone. He is personal and knowledgable. We also like the concept of preventive mainteniece. What a Great experience. I visited 4 Audi Dealerships around the Baltimore/DC area and these guys were by far the best to work with. I was looking to lease an A4 and Greg Kaplan laid out all of the opti around the Baltimore/DC area and these guys were by far the best to work with. I was looking to lease an A4 and Greg Kaplan laid out all of the options available to me from 24 months to 42 months. Residuals, money factors etc. There was no pressure to buy and in fact the car I ended up leasing was not even on the lot, but because he wanted to find exactly what I wanted we looked in the incoming ineventory and found the perfect one. (They were also competitive with the trade-in value for my 2004 Accord) Closing was a breese as Grasmick had all of the paperwork ready to go, as well as new tags for the car. Finally Brian Harrigan spent at least an hour going over every function within the car, setting up the Bluetooth, and making sure I was completly comfortable before I left the lot. I did lots of homework throughout my car search and I knew exactly what I was looking for and what I thought I should pay. They realized that and worked with me to make it all happen (other dealerships were only interested in selling me the car they had, and for the highest price possible). Overall I would definetly reccommed visiting this dealership if you are even remotely interested in purchasing an Audi. More
I bought an Audi A4 in 2002 from Criswell, and went back in 2006 to buy an A6. The sales team could not have been less interested, and acted like I was doing them a favor by coming in. I was not treated as a loyal customer even though I wanted to buy an Audi again, and they basically refused to offer me anything reasonable for my trade-in. I ended up buying from Tyson's Corner. I decided to give Criswell another shot and could not have been more pleased. Brian (and his manager, Greg) treated me with respect, understood I knew what I wanted, and they worked with me very quickly to get the deal done. I got a fair deal, and so did they, and we both treated each other as professionals. I could not be happier. And the finance person, Dave, was also top notch. Overall, I am very pleased. Clearly, Criswell Audi is back to the way it used to be, and should be. More
My trip to Criswell is always a great experience. The waitng room is comfortable and refreshments are always provided. Bottled water is a great addition. Great expierience and love the car. Since I will be driving it as my every day car, I will need to replace it in a year. The sales and service department has always been very helpful with my previous driving it as my every day car, I will need to replace it in a year. The sales and service department has always been very helpful with my previous Audi 2009 S5 that I just traded. Nothing to do with the rating, I see there is a R8 watch on the Audi web site that I would like to get. It is very expensive for what it is. Is there something that can be done to the price to make it more reasonable? Thanks Rich More
