This is Audi number 4 since 2000 [1 Audi TT Quattro/purchased; 1 Audi A-4 Quattro/purchased; 1 Audi A-4 Quattro S-Line/leased, and now this A-4 2.0T Quattro]. All have been Ice Silver. I had been to the dealership numerous times last summer to fall to test drive A4s, A4S-lines, A5s, Q5s, and Q7s. When I was readly to replace my existing A-4 S-Line 3.2, the U.S. inventory for the type and color of vehicle I wanted was depleted. Both Greg and Adam said they wanted to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted rather than to take the "closest" match and be disappointed. Therefore, they recommended ordering the vehicle. Audi Leasing worked with me (customer service was exceptional) to extend my lease until the car arrived. It is a great vehicle. I LOVE the CAR. LOVE the DEALERSHIP! More

Our purchase was a 2008 Certified Pre-owned Audi A4 Quattro. We met Mike on a Saturday morning to test drive one of their CPO A4's. In minutes he copied my drivers license and gave me the keys for a test drive. When we returned he not only provided us information regarding the inventory on their lot he took the time to wash my wife's car. That was such a pleasant surprise. We did not have a lot of time to spend at the dealership that day to work on buying one of the cars, so Mike took the time that week to send us information on cars in the price range we provided him. When we met him the next Saturday we quickly agreed upon one practically loaded A4 for a very fair price. It was that easy. They are truly a very courteous company. More

When I wanted to replace the OEM summer tires with all-weather rubber, the Criswell service manager researched which tires other dealers had found satisfactory for their customers. I am very particular about the car because it's a high-performance S-8. Your tire recommendation has worked out fine. The '07 S-8 is the best (high feature content) and most expensive car I have ever owned and a terrific driver. I'm 72, and have owned BMW's, Jags, Benz's, Lexus and a variety of domestics. This one beats them all. It's been trouble-free until 35,000 miles. Since then, I've needed several service stops for mostly computer/electronic problems: check-engine light a couple times and a throttle-control warning light -- EPC. We all know Consumer Reports gives the German cars low reliability grades. I hope the Audi design guys have addressed the electronics in the latest iteration of the A-8 and upcoming S-8. (The car magazines hate the new shifter, but you can't please everyone!) I trust this is enough "why" info. More

I believe in giving an honest opinion but overall I have to rate them straight 5's when discussing my purchase. When I purchased my A4 from Josh Ray, he was very helpful. I did not expect a sleazy car salesman from Criswell, and my suspicions of professionalism were pleasantly confirmed. Josh was not pushy; let me take my time, and walked me through the purchasing process. Only 10 seconds out of the 3 hour buying process, did I feel an ounce slighted (during the negotiation process). I offered to put more money as a downpayment, and he said he had to 'discuss with his manager' to put heat on our seats. I believe it to be apparent that most personnel purchasing an Audi or Acura (be it used or new), are bright enough and are responsible enough to make pricing negotiations person to person rather than have a 'manager' check. Also, upon review of the contract, I noticed a $5k discrepency in our contract that I might have overlooked had I not been the vigilent nickel & dimer that I am. Those were honestly the only two issues, and are extremely slight. Overall experience was 99.8% perfection in the sales portion of our journey with Criswell. More
