I just purchased my 3rd Audi from Criswell, a beautiful 2011 A5! Everyone I worked with, from sales to finance were fabulous! They all made the purchase a simple process, and shared in my excitement. Criswell Audi has serviced two Audis we brought with us when moving to Annapolis over six years ago as well as another new Q5 we leased from them about a year and half ago. Because our previous sales and service experiences went so well, I returned to purchase a new 2011 Audi S5 this past fall. The car took a little over four months to be allocated and built. I took delivery yesterday and could not be more pleased with the entire process. Adam and Greg kept me informed along the way as my Audi was built in Germany, shipped across the Atlantic landing in RI, and ultimately trucked down to Annapolis. Waiting that long for a custom-ordered car can be trying and my eye began to wander at times. Adam and Greg fielded all my question about other possible vehicles, looking up across several states for cars that might be suitable and letting me test drive several other models on the lot so that I was sure in my mind I had made the right decision. I always believed that they wanted me to buy the car that I wanted, not just sell me the first car I showed an interest in and for that I am most grateful. More
I purchased my Audi A8L approx 2 1/2 years ago from Criswell. Since my purchase, I have had numerous repairs, all of which have been covered via the certification warranty. Being a small business owner, I know firsthand customer service/professionalism is demonstrated from management. A customer service team must respect management and their philosophies; this is clearly obvious at Criswell Audi! Finally, I had work performed at the Criswell Collision Center, once again...EXCEPTIONAL!! Criswell is an exceptional establishment! I highly recommend! More
Loved the buying experience at Criswell. First off, the dealership is very high-class. spotless inside, and a large, diverse inventory. Brian went above and beyond to find me the perfect car, loaned me one to experience it for myself, and offered expert assistance along the way. I could tell Brian knew Audis, and wasn't just reading out of a brochure. When it was time to purchase, Alan and Brian worked to get me an awesome deal on my trade-in, and a truly competitive price on a certified used A4. I love the car, and look forward to dealing with Criswell for maintenance etc. More
It was Saturday morning. Your service manger for that day was very friendly and helpful and had me out of there in the amount of time he said it would take. He answered every question I had. If I had any complaint is is the fact the waiting area is very compact and the reading material almost non-existent. The Audi A4 I selected was not available locally. The dealership made every effort locate the car with the options I wanted at several out of state dealerships and had it transferred to Maryland. I actually had a great experience in the Audi dealership. Kashann was the specialist that worked with me on the Audi A5 and he was extremely well informed about the Audi line of vehicles. The buying experience felt very casual and professional (a plus) and I actually felt comfortable enough to purchase the vehicle after the first test drive. There was one downside... I frequently travel between Maryland and Germany and have been fortunate enough to experience the culture and the Autobahn(!!!). If Kashann were to travel to Germany and drive the autobahn I'm positive he could sell Audi's to your Acura dealers. Overall, I had a great experience at the dealership with Kashann, Gary, and Dawn... Add some Guiness and German beers to the lounge and I would probably be back every weekend just to get the carwashed. Tks Jeff More
What nice customer care at Criswell. My thanks go out to service advisor Michael Lynn. I own a 2008 Audi A4 Quattro CPO. This was my first visit for service with Criswell. I contacted Criswell Audi and sp service advisor Michael Lynn. I own a 2008 Audi A4 Quattro CPO. This was my first visit for service with Criswell. I contacted Criswell Audi and spoke with Mike to inform him that my check engine light had come on. He told me to bring my car in the next morning so they can check it out. He also informed me that he would be able to supply me a loner car for the day; if needed. When I arrived Michael quickly checked me in. He asked if I would be a able to wait a few minutes and they would drive my car into the service area and check it out. Five minutes later he clearly explained to me that a valve that regulates oil pressure needs replacement and it was warranty work. He also took time to explain many of the benefits of my warranty as well as the extended one. He also provided me service interval costs; what is covered and what is not for future reference. This information is very useful and greatly appreciated to a first time Audi owner. Finally I was repaired and out the door in about one hour. Mike made my first service visit a welcoming experience. All three service writers were willing to help me get a plan together to get the cosmetic damage (curb rash ) corrected at Criswell. They went the extra mile. More

In the end, I got the car on Criswell's lot but not because I felt pressured to go that route. In all, it was a first rate purchase experience. More
