I worked with Brian Harrigan on the purchase of a new Q5. I'm happy I did. I followed the advice of other reviewers here on dealerrater.com and requested him specifically. Well, just like they said...honest, knowledgeable, friendly, unassuming, patient, and thorough. I know new cars are supposed to be clean, but this one really shined. I drove over from Reston, VA. That had something to do with the availability, but I really wanted to purchase from a high ranked dealer on this site along with a specific salesperson that had excellent reviews. We felt slighted by the trade in portion of the deal. We expected more in the way of the trade in but your people did not work to get us the best deal. My experience Saturday at your service center was more than I expected, arrived at 8:50AM for a 15K mile service. I was greeted with a smile and offered a loaner, I declined, but appreciated the offer. My than I expected, arrived at 8:50AM for a 15K mile service. I am absolutely satisfied with the service we received. Indeed for the first time I was told that there was a service warranty on the car, a fact that I would not have known but for the dealership. I was also advised that new part was required for the transmission-- a fact that was apparently not known from the dealership that I purchased the car from. When we brought in a vehicle that we had purchased from another dealer, we were very impressed with not only the service arrangements provided by Chriswell, but with the unsolicited help from Brian and Gre another dealer, we were very impressed with not only the service arrangements provided by Chriswell, but with the unsolicited help from Brian and Greg in the sales office. They provided some information on issues with our Audi that we had recently purchased from the other dealer. Only after being assisted by Brian and Greg did I mention that I was also interested in another used Audi that I had seen on their lot. The bottom line is that we purchased a certified used vehicle from Chriswell and were very impressed with how Brian and Alan (the used car manager) worked with us to get a deal that we were happy with. They got us a good price for the trade we offered and took care of some issues with the new vehicle in a very satisfactory manner. Being from out of town, we needed to be very assured about being able to get good service and they have done a good job convincing us that they can work with us to get that done. Additionally, we were very impressed with the certified used car warranty that they provided and look forward to working with them in the years to come. More

Check engine light has come on ~6 times. Each time we're told additive was added to gas tank & it'll be fine. Following week the light comes on again. Service rep was extremely friendly and provided quick and easy attention to my service needs. The estimated time frame given for the required service was accurate.
