When I was first in the market for an Audi, I visited Audi of Hunt Valley, where I previously purchased my 2007 Audi A4. I was unimpressed with Hunt Valley's sales team, so I decided to visit Criswell. Knowing that Audi Q5's are in short supply, I ordered mine from Criswell since they offered both a better price on the vehicle and a higher trade in value of my old Audi. My new Q5 arriived in about 9 weeks. The sales manager Greg Kaplan informed me that my car arrived, was very polite throughout the entire sales process, and gave me a fair trade in value on my new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a new Audi. More

There was an issue with my car that was unresolved for a long period of time (over a year) in which I continued to return to the dealer to get it fixed. When I went to Ray with this problem he did not hesit long period of time (over a year) in which I continued to return to the dealer to get it fixed. When I went to Ray with this problem he did not hesitate to get it taken care of. He was extremely friendly, always followed up and would continue to call until I knew what was going on and agreed to what he proposed. He even called me a few days after I picked up my car to make sure the issue didn't return, and said if it did to call him and let him know. I know he was genuine with that statement. We just took delivery of a new A3TDI, and cannot be more positive about this dealer. To start with, the initial price quoted was thousands below the best price we could get at a competing dealer. In fact, the competing dealer turned down our offer at the same price that Criswell quoted. No quibbling, the price was so favorable, we didn't even ask if there was more room to negotiate. The two things I hate about buying new cars are price quibbling, and the hard sell you get on the extended warranty, paint protection, service plans, etc etc. Well, Criswell solved both of those problems for me. No price quibbling, no hard sell. Here are the options, "Do you have any questions? Do you want to purchase any of these". Two minutes, tops- Pleasant and competant. When we picked up our car everyone was so friendly. In spite of it being a busy Saturday, Brian, the "brand specialist", spent an incredible amount of time walking us through all the paperwork, all of the details of programming and setting up the Audi nav system and the stereo/music interface and also drove us to the separate service facility and introduced us to the service manager. Since I don't have a blue tooth phone yet, he told me to come back when I do and he offered to set up the whole blue tooth thing for me as well! Honestly, we felt like we had a new family when we left the dealer! Couldn't have been more positive! More
