For a "luxury" car experience, I was expecting more/better customer service. Communicating with the sales team was challenging, but forgiveable. However, not clearly describing the price, missing/ more/better customer service. Communicating with the sales team was challenging, but forgiveable. However, not clearly describing the price, missing/ignoring our concerns on the high interest rate and brushing off our estimated trade in value didn't make us feel any happier. To your credit, the woman (Dawn) in Finance did hear our concern and with one call, got more money for our trade in(although still not as much as we had hoped), reduced our interest rate slightly (still not as low as we could get from Bank of America) and explained our pricing (still not to our satisfaction). She was professional, yet friendly. You should be proud of her. ironic that she works for Acura, not Audi. I still don't know all the features my car has. I think it has a back-up camera, but I've never seen it work. Still not sure what all my Features are and can do, but I can always read the manual more and do it myself. And let's skip over the email we got from two well-meaning other Criswell Audi employees trying to sell us an Audi in response to our searches on the Internet. I was so upset, I almost brought my car back in after two days. However, the car is good. Although I wanted it to be great, maybe it will grow on me as I learn more about it. I have two very good friends who currently drive BMW's. Both are looking at Audis as one of their choices. I really don't know what to tell them about Audi (since i don't really know enough about the car yet) and my experience (besides offering lessons learned of caution). I want to believe that I am an aberration, not the norm, but I'm the only data point I have. Thanks for the opportunity to tell my story. More
