I always have a great experience when I visit Audi service at Crisswell. Yesterday I got exceptional service. I called at 11:48 am about a dying battery. I arrived immediately before the lunch hour en service at Crisswell. Yesterday I got exceptional service. I called at 11:48 am about a dying battery. I arrived immediately before the lunch hour ended and I was out the door and on the way to my E. Shore mtng by 2:00 pm. The Audi battery was more expensive than others I priced, but I know my precision German machine likes her genuine Audi parts, plus if there's a problem, Crisswell stands behind their work. I paid more, but the original battery did last 5 years. As you can see price doesn't rule when it comes to my A4, it's the piece of mind I get when working with Audi Service. Since I've had my A4 for 5 years, I know Dick, Ray and Mike and they know me. They always take good care of my car and they are friendly and treat me with respect.
