bought a used BMW from Criswell...had several MAJOR problems including an old battery and an engine oil leak...both problems should have easily been found. Because I had already taken the car home and problems including an old battery and an engine oil leak...both problems should have easily been found. Because I had already taken the car home and had the problems fixed, the management told me that,(from a legal standpoint) I had accepted responsibility for the problems. They did in all fairness pay for the battery...but nothing else. I followed up with a letter to management expressing my displesure...to no avail. The repairs cost me more than $1,000. So, if you are buying a used car from these guys, I'd have your own mechanic do a once over. The one bright spot was the salesperson, Vance Ellis. He continually checks in on us and the car. I'd buy another car from Vance, but NOT from this dealer. More
