Thi is the second oil change at this dealership and like the first, the vehicle came back with over a quart of oil above the recomended mark on the dip-stick. This is very common in the 3.6 engine when the oil is changed but not the oil filter. As removing the filter canister and oil filter is an extremely messy proceedure I am amazed that there is not a drop of dirty oil to be found anywhere on that area of the engine block?? Like last tme, this will be something we perform in our own truck shop. More

This was our best car buying experience to date! I had been helped ahead of time over the telephone, went in, saw the car I wanted and drove it home.
