I couldn't be more happier, service expert Mr. Dick Schiavone was extremely friendly and professional -- he is patient and friendly, listens to all the problems I was reporting and making sure that the technician will check on the issues; he is knowledgable, providing me with a full report and a comprehensive explaination on the problems and resolutions; and he keeps great communication, making sure that I was informed about my vehicle service status at all time. Each time, not only my vehicle is serviced properly, it has been also washed and vaccumed, I feel like I got a new vehicle back!! :-) I am completely satisfied with the work/maintenance Dick and the Audi service technicians have performed on my new Q5, and I am looking forward to come back for my next maintenance service!
