I will also take this opportunity to let Criswell and others know about my bad sales department experience. On October 15, 2011, I viisted the show room to buy my 4th Audi (3 prior were purchased from C others know about my bad sales department experience. The sales person was dis interested in helping me, told me that they didn't have any, couldn't get any, and was unwilling to help me meet my need for a car to purchase. So I went to Tyson's Audi and they happily helped me and I bought the car for which I was looking. I wanted to be a loyal Criswell customer and the sales person couldn't have been less helpful or interested in selling me a car. More
Sevice department is excellent. As far as I am concerned there is no reason to have your Audi serviced elsewhere in Annapolis. I thought the level of service was great. The only thing that could be improved was the wait time for service when i CALLED. My salesperson, Dwayne Jennings, was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer every question I had about the buying process. He also came in on his day off the day that I was picking up the car because that was the most convenient time for me. I would highly recommend Dwayne and Criswell Audi. More
Dick was a great help and everyone in the office was extremely friendly. They were fast and efficient on the work and the car loaner was helpful. Very helpful about a better understanding on why the back-up camera has not and cannot be installed. (Wish the Sales Department would have shared that information. Clearly they must have known.) Repair shop seemed very busy, but we did get immediate attention. However, we did not want to detract from their other customers so we did not discuss the work done on the car, or any questions about how to better use some of the electronic features. Maybe when the back-up camera gets installed, we will do that. The service team was very friendly and supportive. More
My wife and I bought our 2008 GMC Acadia from Criswell Audi this past Saturday and could not be any happier. From the time that we inquired about the car online, until the time that we drove off of the l Audi this past Saturday and could not be any happier. From the time that we inquired about the car online, until the time that we drove off of the lot, we received professionalism, honesty and a genuine friendliness not common at car dealerships. We live in Norfolk, VA and were skeptical about driving the 4 hours to look at a car we had never seen before, but when we arrived, the vehicle was exactly as they had stated. They even detailed the car and filled the tank while we completed the paperwork. Our sales associate Jennifer and the sales manager Alan were a true pleasure and did not try to "close the Deal". They simply presented all of the facts and allowed us to make our decision. I know this is a long review, but my wife and I have been to numerous car dealerships in the past 3 months looking for our new car and want to let everyone know that you if you find the car you are looking for at this dealership...KNOW that you will be happy with the experience. Thanks again to everyone at Criswell Audi, your team is great and although 4 hours away....we now think of your dealership, as our place to buy cars. I came in for an oil change at 7:30 AM on Monday and was out the door at 8:15 AM. I was barely late for work.
