The latch to my rear lift door would not close. It was raining, late in the day and two days before Thanksgiving. I called Ray after I couldn't determine why it wouldn't close. Ray was wonderful - he tried to help me fix it over the phone and then was extremely flexible and accommodating in getting my car in and having a loaner available. I had my kids with me. Ray processed the work order quickly and had a loaner available for me that evening and helped me transfer everything from my car to the loaner. Ray then followed up with me and kept me posted on when the part would come in and when my car was ready. The service was top notch and I would (and do) recommend Criswell Audi. The latch works great now and I am very happy with the work performed and the customer service I received. More

Very friendly. Just drove there to get a light pulp replaced. Because my 35K service was due soon they told me they can do the service right away and gave me a loaner car on the spot. That was just great. Never had a bad experience there - this dealership provides first class service. That quality service plus the quality of Audi cars is reason enough for me to stay with Audi.
