The folks at Criswell were excellent to work with. We were between Porsche and Audi and felt zero pressure during our decision process which took over 6 months in total. Alan and his team were very know were between Porsche and Audi and felt zero pressure during our decision process which took over 6 months in total. Alan and his team were very knowledgeable about the product (R8) and were very open with us. We did not have this experience at another local Audi dealership, thus the reason we visited Criswell. Criswell is the area's expert in the R8 and they maintain a very large inventory of the product, so selection was fantastic. More
EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A MIS-COMMUNICATION WHEN THE SERVICE APPOINTMENT WAS MADE THAT REQUIRED SETTING ASIDE A WARRANTY PART, THE SERVICE ADVISOR (DICK SCHIAVONE) DID NOT MISS A BEAT IN SEEING HOW HE C SERVICE APPOINTMENT WAS MADE THAT REQUIRED SETTING ASIDE A WARRANTY PART, THE SERVICE ADVISOR (DICK SCHIAVONE) DID NOT MISS A BEAT IN SEEING HOW HE COULD BEST ACCOMMODATE ME. I HAD TOLD HIM THAT I HAD TRAVELED FROM THE VIRGINIA BEACH AREA AND COULD NOT COME BACK ANYTIME SOON. HE ESSENTIALLY SWAPPED A PART FROM ANOTHER APPOINTMENT THAT WAS BEING DONE LATER THIS WEEK AND WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE THIS PART OF MY SERVICE. HE FELT HE WOULD BE ABLE TO GET ANOTHER PART IN BEFORE THE OTHER CLIENT BROUGHT THEIR VEHICLE IN. THIS WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED AND REPRESENTS MY IDEA OF CUSTOMER RESPONSIVENESS AND GOOD SERVICE. A LITTLE OUT OF THE BOX THINKING MADE ME A HAPPIER CUSTOMER WITHOUT JEOPARDIZING SERVICE TO ANOTHER CLIENT. I ALWAYS APPRECIATE THE HAVING THE COURTESY LOANER CAR AVAILABLE AND THE FREE WIFI. More

Wonderful experience! Visited another Audi dealership in the area for service and they were not as prompt or friendly as Criswell. Service was better than i've received from any Lexus dealership in the past as well. Hopefully i don't have the bring the car back frequently, but if i do i wouldn't hesitate to bring it back to criswell. More
Vance was straightforward and pleasant to purchase the car from as was the rest of the sales team. Vance alerted us honestly that there was another couple very interested in the vehicle after we made a pu car from as was the rest of the sales team. When we showed up to buy the car the next day, sure enough someone else was there with a checkbook. If we hadn't trusted Vance and put a prior deposit down as he advised, we would have lost the vehicle we wanted, and he would have lost the sale. Thanks, Vance! More

These same principles have been exhibited by the Service Dept at Criswell Audi of Annapolis on a regular basis. The knoweldge and experience displayed by Service Consultant Mike Lynn is only overhsadowed by his honesty and straight talk relating to your specific issue!! I only wish I had purchased my Audi from Criswell Audi versus another local dealership who has yet to even acknowledge I purchased a vehicle from them alomost a year ago! I will continue to brng my vehicle to Criswell Audi of Annapolis until the wheels fall off because I trust they will do everything they can to ensure I am not misled...ever!! I live in WV and traveled to Criswell to purchase my pre-owned Audi Q5. The salesman I worked with was Vance Ellis and he was a pleasure to work with. After I made the decision to purchase the Q5, Vance's manager, Alan Hannon, quickly worked out a fair deal on the price and trade. I picked up the vehicle today and Vance spent a good amount of time going over all of the pertinent features. All in all a very good buying experience. More
