I have nothing but good things to say. Not only did they go over the car with a fine-toothed comb and set everything up for the subzero weather, but Mr Schiavone sat down with me and talked through what difficulties I might encounter and typed me out a list of things to watch out for or to have checked at the Quebec City Audi dealer should I run into trouble. I have never worked with a service department as caring and competent as yours, neither at Range Rover (where one would expect more attention to weather issues) nor at Mercedes. So I thank you. More
This car is the third Audi that I have owned and Criswell is the third or fourth Audi dealership that I have worked with. I contacted the Criswell Service Department to take care of a slow leak in one of my tires. Not only were they able to accomodate me the same day, but they repaired my tire in a timely manner, washed and va of a slow leak in one of my tires. Not only were they able to accomodate me the same day, but they repaired my tire in a timely manner, washed and vaccuumed my car, and provided all of these services at a surprisingly reasonable price. I am very satisfied with my service. More

Just purchased by first used Audi after owning BMWs. Was impressed with the personal touch, which made up for the initial poor impression of the service facility. If possible, recommend you place a cover over the front so as to provide protection when you are dropping off your car in bad weather. Michael was great to work with - very easy. Plus really appreciated not wasting my time. BMW had this annoying habit of making me fill in my information all over again after already doing it on the web. Audi had this working well. Plus all the follow up has been fantastic. BMW rarely inquired after the fact. More

Had brought the car in for 3 issues: Window issue, Had brought the car in for 3 issues: Window issue, auto feature didn't work, and still does not work properly. There is still an intermittent probl Had brought the car in for 3 issues: Window issue, auto feature didn't work, and still does not work properly. There is still an intermittent problem in that it goes up a little then drops down. You sometimes have to hold it to go up. The steering issue is just a design flaw, in that I had two service departments check it already with no resolution available. It makes a subtle vibration when turning at low speeds. Both dealers were unable to resolve this issue. The transmission issue is still a problem and makes the total driving experience less than desirable. The 8 speed automatic, which should be as smooth as silk (there's 8 gears after all), downshifts abruptly when pulling up to a stop light/ stop sign. Had Annapolis update the firmware, had Silver Spring reprogram something. Both attempts to solve the issues failed. I believe it is an Audi issue at this, but don't know what to do next. Suggestions? More
The dealership was able to fit my car into the garage in less than 24 hours of my call. They made sure I had directions on how to get there because i was a new customer. Dick Schiavone introduced himself and walked me step by step through the initial consultation. He explained extended warranties and recalls on my car. He then told me it would take about an hour to run the diagnostic test. He took my number, and gave me a card. He advised me where I could go to shop to pass the time knowing that i was new to the area and how to best use my time before Christmas for shopping.Within 45 minutes, he called and gave me a report of the diagnostic. He informed me of what needed to be done and gave me options. He gave me an estimate of how long the work would take and also checked to make sure I was okay in the area. When my car was complete, he called and let me know it was ready to be picked up. It was done before it was promised. He gave me my ill and went over the charges. He recommended that I look in to getting tires put on my car and offered a retailer that they usually work with. He wished me a happy holidays and even spoke with me about the area where I live. My car was washed and vacuumed and looked great! I will definitely return to Criswell Audi! They are definitely worth the hour and twenty minute drive! They made me feel lke a very valued customer and that they truly cared about me and my car! Thank you for your wonderful customer service! More
