The work on my 1996 A6 exceeded all expectations, and was done in a very timely manner. He is professional and friendly which makes the service experience more gratifying. I became ill enroute to the service for my Q5 from a long standing health issue. My wife worked with Mr. Johns to begin the service on my Q5. Mr. Johns then stopped in to see me and offered to make some hot tea for me when he learned what I was experiencing. He used his own tea which greatly abated my symptoms and made the wait for service to be performed much more enjoyable than it would have been. The service was completed within the time frame he specified and was performed, as always, to my satisfaction. Mr. Johns is an excellent ambassador of good will and customer service for Criswell Audi. More

My previous vehicle was totaled in a collision last night, and I had no transportation. Mike came to my house and picked me up in the vehicle I wanted to test drive. Mike gave me an in-depth tutorial on my vehicle, and offered to continue showing it's many intricacies on an ongoing basis. There were multiple nuances that left me with a very good feeling in dealing with Criswell. I was able to go into a low-pressure environment, and leave with the vehicle I wanted within a few hours. HIGHLY recommended to stop here first, when it is time for buying a vehicle. Thanks for the EXCELLENT SERVICE experience! More
