It is not often that I would travel from New Smyrna Beach, FL to Annapolis, MD to buy a car, but that is exactly what my wife Anne and I did. Last fall while in Annapolis for a NAVY football game, we stopped by your dealership and met salesman Joe Ruppert. He could not have been more courteous and helpful to us in answering our questions on the Q7 TDI and offering us a test drive, even though we told him we were from FL. That is a large part of the reason we decided to make our purchase with Joe at your dealership. The closest Audi dealership here in FL to our home is about an hour away, so in either case we were going to have to travel a bit, so convenience was certainly not a factor in our decision of where to buy. Now our only regret is that your dealership is so far away (800 + miles) from our house when it comes time for service. With Joe Ruppert, Greg Kaplan, and David Grasmick, you have a great management team at your Audi Dealership, and it has been a pleasure dealing with them all. Come this fall (2012) we will be sure to stop by and say hello when we are in the area for Navy's home football games as we have renewed our tickets for another year (37 years in a row).
