They replaced a tire and failed to properly seal or balance it. Then they replaced my license plate holders with Criswell without asking...it is their "policy" i had to complain to Audi North America balance it. They mailed some bug covered, scuffed, clearly used holders to the house as their "remediation.". I will do no business with them in the future. More

My recent purchase represents my fourth Audi purchase, two of which are from Criswell Audi of Annapolis. My primary reason for selecting Criswell Audi for my purchase is the exception customer service and two of which are from Criswell Audi of Annapolis. My primary reason for selecting Criswell Audi for my purchase is the exception customer service and professionalism I experienced while reviewing the car and during the actual purchase. More importantly, my experience with the service department, led by Steve Savageaux, with my other Audis have been nothing but stellar. Criswell's staffs are highly responsive to my requirements and take the time to ensure they meet my every need. I high recommend Criswell Audi as I'm confident buyers will be more than satisfied with their customer experience. More
While on my way out of town last week, I had an issue with my A4; apparently the serpentine belt tensioner assembly completely broke apart while I was in the fast lane going up 495. After safely pulling over and arranging for a tow truck, I called the service department at Criswell Audi and spoke with Ray Johns. He immediately put my worries at ease. Given that I needed to arrange transportation to continue my trip, the car was dropped off at Criswell and Ray took care of every detail without me having to be there; from receiving the car from the tow truck driver, to having a mechanic quickly diagnose the problem and giving me an estimate. Since the price to have the repair completed was extremely reasonable, especially given the circumstances, I gave the go ahead and Ray had the parts ordered quickly and the car was finished and running good as new shortly after. I can't thank him enough for providing such a fantastic overall experience during such a stressful time. I look forward to working with him again in the future for all of my Audi's maintenance and service visits. Thanks again! More
Ray is the BEST! I had a broken window on a rainy day and client appointments scheduled all day. He had the loaner car ready when I arrived and had me back to the office before my meeting. I really wanted to go back to Criswell Audi to give them another try, however, they did not call me back. Maybe I am wrong...but if you call and leave a voicemail and request a call back to schedule servi another try, however, they did not call me back. Maybe I am wrong...but if you call and leave a voicemail and request a call back to schedule service, shouldn't one expect a call back within 24 hours? In any event, I called on a Thursday and received no call back and tried calling back Saturday, however, the receptionist just transfered my call to a voicemailbox that does not even acknowledge one has reached the service department. I did leave a message again at 10:00 am and it's 7:00 pm and still no call back. The receptionist just said, "I don't know why it does that." and was indifferent to my statement that I called on Thursday and never got a call back. My previous experience with Criswell Audi was a 15K miles scheduled service for my Audi S5. My experience then was satisfactory other than they forgot to reset the service interval reminder. So now, everytime I start the vehicle it says, "Service Due!" and chimes at me. They did tell me to "swing by" and they would reset it. I would but it is two hours and 50 minutes round trip to go up there. Thumbs down for attention to detail. I also would not recommend Criswell Collision. They outsourced the detailing of my car to a subcontractor who used a clay bar on my black car and left it a mess of swirls. I wish I was one of the customers that could leave one of this dealers glowing reviews. Not sure how my experience has been so bad. More

As fuel efficiency was one of our priorities, Adam was well versed in clean diesel vs gas vs hybrids, and was able to answer all of our questions. Adam went above and beyond to deliver, making our first car buying experience a happy and memorable event. David was efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable on all financial aspects of the transaction. Alan took care of a small paint blemish, and further advised us of future care.
