Everything was great. Tune up under Audi Care program. Needed to purchase new tires, which I did from you. My only disappointment was that you cannot provide Nitrogen for tire inflation. I had to go to Fitzgerald VW to take out the air and put in Nitrogen for my new tires at an additional cost of $30 to me. I can't believe that you don't have this high performance option for your high performance vehicles! The Audi dealer in West Palm Beach (where I bought the car) certainly did. I would like to say that working with Vance, Alan and David was a very good car buying experience. This visit to Criswell was the best service visit we have had since owning our S5 Audi. We were traveling and just stopped in to have a light bulb replaced. Comparing this service department to what we get at home was unbelievable. This was the best service we have seen from an Audi dealership. Ray Johns was our Service Consultant and he could not have been better. Give that guy a raise! We were thinking about buying another car and unfortunately we were not going to look at Audi due to the service department we have to deal with at our home location, but if we had a service department like this one we wouldn't hesitate considering Audi. Just from this experience alone we may put Audi back on the list. Thanks for improving our image of Audi. Before stopping in the service department we stopped at the sales entrance and a young lady directed us to the service department. We did not get her name but she was also very helpful. She told us how to get to the service department and said the Service Consultants would be happy to help us. We were thinking how this would work back home and we would probably be told to come back next week, but this Sales Rep was absolutely correct, the Service Consultants were happy to help us.
