We were just starting out looking for a new car, and stumbled across this beautiful Accord. Upon arriving the first time, Meg greeted us right away and was very atttentive to our questions. The car of course caught my eye right away, but she in no way pressured us to make a decision that night. We left and said that we would talk with the family and return later. She followed up with me through email and way very communicable. The second time we came to look at the car with family, Alan greeted us. Let me first say, that if you need to know anything about car electronics, he's the one you should talk to :-). He took the time to go over every little detail with me about the Navigation, Audio and Voice Control Systems, and was very patient with me. After that I was sold. Even late at night, the buying process couldn't have gone any smoother. I got a great deal on the car, and they were all so friendly, including Dawn with the financing. Alan made sure everything was in working order, and got the car washed and detailed for me while I was completing the paperwork. I took the car home. I returned the next day and got a 'refersher course' by Alan on the electronics and he fixed a bulb that had went out for me. I highly recommend Criswell Audi/Acura and will def be back for my free carwashes! More

We went to Dealership specifically to look at a used Audi Q7 gas model. Two days later We returned (driving 110 miles from our home) to buy a 2013 Q7 diesel after Dwayne Jennings Suggesting to us that we c Q7 gas model. Need to know that we were NOT pressured in any way to look at a different model rather Dwayne LISTENED to our wants and needs and gently suggested we just look at what they had to offer. The car sold itself but it took a GOOD salesman to allow us to see this for ourselves. Dwayne did a great job all the way. At the table making the deal I was treated with respect by everyone. The sales Manager, who I am sorry I don't remember his name did his job by allowing his sales person to get the deal done. We feel we were treated the way every car buyer should be treated. We WILL buy from Criswell Audi again and will ask for Dwayne to help us on our next purchase. May even consider one of the beautiful sedans they offer!
