I've dealt with Dick and Michael Lynn, both nice enough guys. But didn't really feel as if they would go out of there way to do anything for me. After my last service experience (with the Audi TT) with Dick, I wasn't sure if I was going to return to your dealership for service. I decided to buy a new Audi. And came to your dealership to do so.But your sales consultant was so Argumentative and combative, that I went to another Maryland Audi Dealer and got a New 2012 A4 ($43,000). Anyway That's the car I just had in for service. And Ray was just so helpful and understanding and Apologetic for having been told (By Dick) that I had to wait 2 weeks to bring the car in for service just because I needed a loner. THE CAR DIDNT HAVE REVERSE !!!!! That's when I decided No more Audi's for me. But Ray may have changed that. Only time will tell. He couldn't believe that I had been driving the car for two weeks without reverse. He made me feel as if he would do what ever was necessary to make me a happy Audi customer, and that my business was appreciated. More

I am a CT resident and started searching locally for a certified preowned Q5 locally and found a few that met my crit deals no matter where they are. Upon negotiating I decided to expand my search to see if I was getting the best deal possible. Then I found Alan at Criswell Audi in MD. Despite its distance from me, we were still able to land a better deal than my local dealers. They were very straight forward and to the point. They offered me a good number on my trade in without seeing the car and held to that number upon inspection. I am a little late to post this but here it is. I brought a used car from them and have loved it. They were able to get me the car I want with a full warranty with a cheaper price then I even asked f brought a used car from them and have loved it. The finace guy was great. I got the best APR every. I should know since I tend to buy 2 or more cars a year.
