The decision to purchase from Criswell stemmed from my PA Audi dealer not being responsive to my inquiry. I contacted Criswell via email since they had the car I wanted. I received a response from Bernie an Audi dealer not being responsive to my inquiry. I contacted Criswell via email since they had the car I wanted. I received a response from Bernie and Ross the car was available. I visited on a Saturday morning, planning to possibly pick up the car the following weekend. I assumed it would take a little time for a credit check and a certified check would be required. In 3 hours I was driving back to PA in my new A3. Everyone was very accommodating. Dwayne Jennings had the great idea to see if the Hertz Local would take my rental car rather than returning it to BWI. With only 15 minutes to spare until Hertz closed, the rental car was accepted. Dave (Bus. Mgr.) had all the paperwork ready and organized. Jim took care of getting the car cleaned, topped off with fuel and road ready. It was a very positive experience with everyone at Criswell. Love Criswell Audi. This is my 2nd car I've bought with them and I will buy a 3rd with them too! Dwayne Jennings is the man to see when buying an Audi...he knows everything there is to know about Aud with them and I will buy a 3rd with them too! Dwayne Jennings is the man to see when buying an Audi...he knows everything there is to know about Audi's! There are 16 sales reps but I promise you Dwayne is the one for you! He's been with Audi for over 10 years and he knows this car inside and out. He knows what's changed on the cars from year to year down to the nut and bolt! And everyone hates dealing with "sales" people...not this guy. He's different! Dealership as a whole is immaculate and all staff are friendly and welcoming. I can't say this about all audi dealers in the area...this one is the BEST!! Don't waste your time anywhere else!! Good luck! More
Meg is calm, but Alan is super cool. Came in to test drive a Benz but bought an Audi. Came back because I had a broken speaker grill. Alan called Chris at service and I received excellent service. We were looking to trade our van in and happened upon Criswell Audi and Acura of Annapolis. Meg Black was the sales woman who waited on us that day. In the midst of the snow fall last week, I somehow managed two flat tires, and found myself stuck on 97N . . . after a two hour wait (I should have called the Audi roadside service instead of AAA), I managed two flat tires, and found myself stuck on 97N . . . after a two hour wait (I should have called the Audi roadside service instead of AAA), I was finally towed to Criswell. It had obvioulsy not been a good morning, and I arrived unannounced. Ray met me long an old friend, and immediately went to work getting everything squared away. He worked with the tow truck driver to get me car safely situated it; inspected it immediately; offered to arrange for immediate transportation; and put a plan together to get me back on the road. Over the next day, he stayed in constant communication, and got everything repaired and new tires on (and took care of another old problem for me as well.) Ray, and everyone who worked on the car, really did a fantasic job, and I am truly grateful for the help. I really love my Audi A-3; fun to drive and gets fantastic gas mileage. I knew last week that I had picked the right dealership as well. Thanks to Ray, and everyone involved. PS - Having to register is pretty irritating actually. I am only doing it to make sure Ray gets the credit he deserves. But this feels like an invasion of my privacy. More
