Hi Mr. Wiater, Thank you for your review and for your business. I believe the issue at hand is the radiator leak. After providing you with a complementary Audi loaner vehicle, we inspected the leak and one of the fins in the radiator was damaged, we're guessing by road debris. I do wish that Criswell Audi could fix this for free for you as you would like but Audi of America, Inc. would consider this warranty fraud because it is not a defect in workmanship. Criswell Audi will not participate in this type of activity under any circumstances. We recommended that you call your insurance company to file a claim but you declined. We even offered you a 20% discount on the work to be performed because you purchased (2) Audi's from us and you declined to have the work done. All of us a Criswell Audi want to take care of you and your Audi properly and it would be great if you were happy with our performance. But in addition, there was other work that we recommended, one being tires and brakes and you declined that work as well. So we are not sure who is working on your vehicle at this point and what other service centers have done and what they have not done. We always highly recommend genuine Audi parts and technicians that have gone thru current Audi training to ensure proper repairs on your Audi vehicles. Regarding your Q7, Rockville Audi corrected that for you and thru cooperation between both dealers, there was no charge to you to correct the oil situation.
