I had been searching for a specific late model SUV for a few months to replace my 16 year old car. Having some experience from searching and buying cars online, I searched all over CT and expanded my searc few months to replace my 16 year old car. I was very particular in wanting a certain trim, the car being clean and being fully loaded from the factory.....and of course a decent price would help also. I was very pleasantly surprised to find the color I wanted with every possible option. Although it was a bit farther from home than I like, my son who had made the trip many times between DC/CT while in the military said it wouldn't be a big issue. My contact at Criswell Audi, was a Al Zayas who made the entire experience as pleasant as possible. He worked with me and took a deposit on my credit card to hold the car pending my arrival two days later. Nothing worse than taking to 5 hour trip to find the vehicle sold, so that courtesy was much appreciated. On the phone I also questioned Al to the overall cleanliness of the car since you can't always trust the pictures to tell the complete truth. Al assured me this was a real clean car and thus I headed down to Maryland to close the deal. Al stayed in touch during our trip and ensured he would be the one I would be meeting upon my arrival. Everything was in place when I arrived, the car was awaiting my inspection right beside the showroom and there was absolutely no regrets. I took the car for a test drive and was thrilled it was everything I was hoping for. Although I was buying a used 70,000 mile Ford , I felt like a was getting the same 5 star treatment all the Acura and Audi buyers at this dealership receive, but at a fraction of the price. I will certainly keep this dealership in mind if myself or any of my friends are in the market for a car. After a couple of weeks of having the car now, the condition of the car still amazes me both inside and out. Mr Zayas, I can't thank you enough for making this experience as nice as it was and putting me into such a beautiful used car. More
