I went to Criswell Audi to sell my Audi A4 Cab to them. They had sold it to me in 2005 and had serviced it ever since. I found him to be both knowledgeable and honest and I truly enjoyed working with him in selling this car. Mr Hannon had Vance Ellis drive me home after our business was complete and I was extremely impressed with Mr. Ellis. He is the kind of person you enjoy being with and I would say that both these men increased my opinion of Criswell Audi, which I would recommend to any one who might want to buy a car in the Annapolis area. I found out that the vehicle was not equipped with certain items as I bought the vehicle used and thought certain buttons were inactive. The technology for the specific buttons are actually not installed (i.e. Navigation and the telephone). More

After going to at least 6 car dealers, I was finally able to come across a sales representative that cared about my business. Kae Engel was the sales consultant that helped my wife and I. I have got to say, for a moment I thought she was actually representing us in the negotiation instead of the dealership. Throughout the whole process she worked with us in getting the price we thought it was right for the vehicle that we wanted (a 2012 Toyota Sienna SE). Despite us asking for a reduction in their price, at no point in time did Kae get upset or angry at us for offering less than what was being asked. Her response was "let's see what I can do". Well, she did it!!! Our family is happy with the price and the way we were treated. The whole process went very smooth and fast. In addition I would also like to thank the Manager, Alan Hannon. Mr. Hannon was open for negotiations contrary to other dealers/managers that we had encountered throughout our purchase process. The sales room was not just pristine but really posh and welcoming. I was introduced to Al Zayas who was extremely patient and listened to my needs then selected 2 suitable cars to try He was a great sport and set up a test drive despite the surprise snow shower that made everything and everyone cold and wet. Dedication shows through. Al was never pushy only helpful and when I returned 2 days later he helped me test drive the 2nd car --a used MINI --which suited me much better. Al and his colleague Mark had absolutely no problem working together to patiently demonstrate the car's features. This attentiveness and seamless customer support by everyone who came across my path (including the owner) is what sold me on the dealership ....and then on the car. I did not get this type of customer service from any of the other local dealers during my search. Al's offer was very fair and at my request for a very minor adjustment for an optional item, he made an already good deal absolutely PERFECT...His agreement to make it perfect is how they exceeded very expectations. It also proves Criswell values my time as much as I do. On delivery day Al introduced me to Alan Hannon who was the first person to explain to me why all dealers need certain personal information from prospective buyers and how Criswell would protect my privacy and contact info. I am really extremely protective of privacy and gun shy from mishandling by a previous California dealer. After listening to Alan I felt much more comfortable with the paperwork process. I had previously arranged financing for my personal convenience but Criswell had some competitive options. Dawn told me about an extended warranty and a great protective finish and got my tags and title done in less than 20 minutes while other folks washed, prepped and topped up my shiny car. I am now a very happy customer and when I'm ready for a my new Audi I will head to Criswell. The only thing I can't give Criswell credit...the record warm 72 degree sunny delivery day! I was able to drive off the lot with the top down in December on my new convertible Mini Cooper. More
