Ray was incredibly helpful when I arrived for an unscheduled emergency service. Was driving into Annapolis for the day and check engine light came on and engine was acting up and stuttering as it ac unscheduled emergency service. Surely enough after a diagnosis this was the problem. Ray was able accommodate me with my schedule and switch out coils quickly. In about 35 minutes I was on my way. Criswell Audi was incredibly professional and staff was wonderful. Kudos for a job well done! I highly recommend. More

I first chatted with Al Zayas on the phone and then in person that afternoon and boy did he deliver outstanding professional service. It was very obvious that Al knew both of his products very well. I felt that he was honest about both the Acura and Audi and did not try to persuade me to either car and he let me make my own decision after he shared his knowledge with me. A fair price was offered which took the wind out of my let's haggle sails. Questions were answered, negotiations were stress free and the environment was receptive. This was a great car buying experience. This is the 3rd used car we have purchased from Criswell since 2006. I have been happier with each purchase. Service was great, they took me in right away, I assumed I would wait more than 2 hours and it only took about an hour and 25 minutes. Waiting area was clean and offered food and drink.
