Great Experience I had already been to two other Audi dealerships before I drove from Northern Virginia to Criswell Audi in Annapolis. Criswell had the exact car I wa I had already been to two other Audi dealerships before I drove from Northern Virginia to Criswell Audi in Annapolis. Criswell had the exact car I wanted, an Audi Q5, and worked with me on the price very hard. I was well prepared and had done my homework so I already had comparisons to similar vehicles. As soon as I showed the sales manager a basically comparable vehicle on another Audi dealer's website he immediately made a very fair deal with me. The salesperson with whom I dealt, Al Zayas, was superb. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was very respectful of my time as we worked out the deal. Al made sure everything was right with the car and spent time with me showing me how everything worked. Al even called me to say I had forgotten the second key to the car and he brought it to me immediately. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and would recommend Criswell and specifically Al Zayas to anyone who wants to buy an Audi. More

Excellent experience!! I walked out of Criswell thinking I was Chuck's only customer - imagine my surprise when I logged onto this page and discovered he actually helps othe I walked out of Criswell thinking I was Chuck's only customer - imagine my surprise when I logged onto this page and discovered he actually helps other people?!! WHAT? My husband and I had an excellent experience at Criswell! Chuck responded promptly to my email inquiry, asked about what I wanted, and stayed late so we could visit the showroom and do a test drive. When he discovered the car I wanted was a month from delivery he pulled in his Manager, Michael Scherl, who promised me he would do his best to get one sooner. In less than 3 days my black on black, 2014, Audi Q5 premium plus was delivered with less than 20 miles on it - as promised. Financing had been secured and I spent less than 30 minutes signing my life away with Dawn. She was pleasant, organized, and knowledgeable. Best thing - she gave me hard tags and registration on the spot! Chuck spent about 30 minutes going over all the trucks bells and whistles. The car was super clean! My husband and I purchased his Audi less than a year ago at another local dealer and we had, not a horrible experience, but definitely NOT a Criswell experience. Price haggling, long wait to get into the finance office, repeated attempts to sell us on their financing and other products, crowded, unorganized lot and showroom...never really demo'd the car to us...just another day at a car dealership! NONE of this was true at Criswell. The showroom was clean and well lit, the lot was well organized and neat (translation: I could pull in and park without having to dodge other cars all over the place), all the salespersons seemed very professional in dress and demeanor. By responding promptly, being organized and efficient, Chuck and Dawn demonstrated to me they valued and respected my time. I was able to make my purchase and get back to living life.
