Wow with the experience! I am not one to write a review even if I received good service but I have to break that pattern with Criswell Audi. I negotiated the price over the p I am not one to write a review even if I received good service but I have to break that pattern with Criswell Audi. I negotiated the price over the phone because I live in VA and the traffic would make it crazy to attempt to venture to Annapolis, MD. I have done research for well over a week and was getting the same price at every dealership in VA. When I expanded my research to MD, all the price was similar except for Criswell (The price was crazy low and fair). Like I said, negotiated the price and my sales adviser Kevin Cramer was working behind the scene to get me a super price, I venture the VA traffic to get to Criswell. Even though Kevin Cramer was not schedule to arrive to work early, he came in early for me to take claim to my Q5. As I drove in the lot, Kevin had my Q5 wash and detailed. He greeted me and went into the dealership, even though it rained, everyone I met had a smile on their faces and a good morning. I felt like I was at a friend house and they were welcoming me into their family. I had my own finance ready and I was out the door in less than 2 hrs. (needed to test drive the Q5). I will definitely be back to Criswell Audi when I decide to get my A6! In the meantime, I will be spreading the word about the outstanding price and friendly atmosphere at Criswell Audi. More

Vance Ellis and Alan Hannon, Sales Manager, stayed after closing on Saturday night to enable me to make to make my purchase decision. It was a great buying experience working with Vance, dealing with Alan to agree on a fair price and obtaining the best financing available from Dawn Harper.
