Sold me a bad car!! I had my used 2012 Audi a5 for 45 days I averaged 36 miles a day and my clutch went out on the car . When I entered Criswell Audi on this occasion, as this is not my first time purchasing an auto from a Criswell dealership, I was approached by Al who quickly established an impression with me as being a professional. Over the several hours in dealing with him that initial impression was completely validated. Al demonstrated his extensive knowledge of his product line and ability to anticipate my questions and concerns while maintaining a friendly professional persona. Basically he made this car purchase a pleasant experience and I was left with a sense of trust and good will. I recognize that our roles in auto buying differ, his to maximize profit and mine to limit my costs, but Al demonstrated these were not mutually exclusive. He worked with me and Mike, the Sales Manager who also was professional, knowledgable and has a friendly demeanor in reaching a mutually agreed upon price.
