Awesome Audi Service We have a brand new Q5 and have had an issue with the AdBlue. He is very prompt with follow up and calls when he says he will. We also had a tire pressure issue and Ray was very patient in helping me set and store the tire pressures initially. When the light came back on again, he said to come in and they found a screw in the tire. Once again, Service dealt with it and Ray got me back on the road feeling very confident about the fix. I will definitely recommend Ray to anyone whose Audi needs service. Very friendly! More

She was exceptional, I didnt even buy the Audi from her and she took the time to show me the cars operation and also took me over to the service dept to introduce me to the staff there and also the business manager there who handles warranty information. I cannot say enough how comfortable Kae made feel after feeling guilty that I did not buy from them. they just did not have the exact car I was looking for. Customer Service At Its Best Over the past year and a half I have worked with Alan Hannonp to get in the right car that fit my budget. Alan worked HARD to make sure that he didn' Over the past year and a half I have worked with Alan Hannonp to get in the right car that fit my budget. Alan worked HARD to make sure that he didn't lose me as a customer. I asked that he keep in touch from time to time when cars came in to see if we could work a deal, and he did just that. He was consistent and persistent as he reached out about once a week to two weeks. Alan knew I did a lot of traveling so he would work with me and let me know when something came in and scheduled time when I was back in town to come down and see the vehicle. FINALLY, after weeks and months of looking and being patient we found the car that fit everything I was looking for and within my budget. It was a smooth process trading in my car moving into my new Audi. Even the next day when there was a few things that needed to be taken care of on my car, Alan called the service department and explained that he was taking care of everything to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the entire process. We are looking soon at coming back in and trading in another car and getting another Audi. I will be sure to continue to work with Alan on my next and future cars.
