Could not have been better I have been considering upgrading to a more luxury type vehicle. Criswell Audi had a 2010 Lexus GS450h available. My first contact was an online ch I have been considering upgrading to a more luxury type vehicle. Criswell Audi had a 2010 Lexus GS450h available. My first contact was an online chat with the CPO Sales Coordinator. Through that chat and a subsequent phone call, I scheduled an appointment to test drive the Lexus. Upon arrival I was greeted very professionally. The sales consultant showed me all the features of the Lexus. What was really impressive, she knew so much about the features, even though this was an Audi dealer. The test drive covered all driving conditions. After returning to the showroom, I received additional information about the Lexus. There was not pressure to purchase the vehicle at that time. While I still have not made a decision {I really like the car}, I came away from the dealership very impressed with how the CPO Sales Coordinator and Sales Consultant treated me. All in all, a most positive experience. I highly recommend Criswell Audi. More

Customer Service at it's Finest!! I can’t begin to explain what an enjoyable experience purchasing our new Audi A3 has been. It started almost two years prior when we were killing tim I can’t begin to explain what an enjoyable experience purchasing our new Audi A3 has been. It started almost two years prior when we were killing time while our Audi Q7 was in for scheduled maintenance. Dwayne Jennings spent his valuable time (on a Saturday) explaining and test driving an A3 when he knew we weren't in the market for a new car. We were so impressed with his knowledge of the cars and his professionalism that when we were finished, I promised him we would buy our next car from him if he was still working for Criswell Audi. April of 2014, I attended the new showing for the 2015 A3 and informed Dwayne we were ready to purchase a new car. While the diesels would not be available till later in the summer, Dwayne kept us informed and when the opportunity to start the ordering process began, he was right there to make it a smooth experience. From August, when we ordered the car, till November when we picked it up, Dwayne’s involvement with us is what every customer would only hope for when making such an important purchase. Great Job, Highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Criswell Audi. More

Friendly and great service. I got a brand new a4, everyone was very friendly. Al was very knowledgeable and tried his best to find the car I exactly asked for.
