Outstanding Customer Service from Kim Savage I worked with service rep - Kim Savage last week on replacing my brake system. This is the 2nd time I came to her regarding my Audi Q5 maintenance. Sh I worked with service rep - Kim Savage last week on replacing my brake system. This is the 2nd time I came to her regarding my Audi Q5 maintenance. She is one of the best service reps, knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and always making sure I am well informed about the progress and service results. She also made sure I had a loaner on time so I can leave right away to pick up my son. I wouldn't be more happier with her and the Audi service department. I will definitely return for my 65K maintenance service. Thanks Kim, you are the best!! More

I shopped for several months on line within a 200 mile radius of our home in Delaware for a preowned 2011-2013 BMW 328i convertible with low miles. The internet price of the car at Criswell was very attractive (way better than BMW Dealers) and I decided to drive the 2 hours and see it. I was fortunate to get Kae Engel in sales. We agreed on a very favorable price on the car (which looked and drove like new) but I needed to trade a vehicle I had not driven that day. I gave Kae and Alan some basic information on my car and indicated I had an offer in Delaware to sell that car. Alan said that number was in the range that they could allow for a trade. I gave them a deposit, emailed some photos of mine, and came back 2 days later to hopefully make the deal. Other dealers may have looked to low ball me on the trade, but not Alan. Their trade allowance was very fair and saved me some tax on the new car. Their price on the 2013 was the best within a 200 mile radius, the car was flawless, and the entire experience was outstanding- best ever. Highly recommended, especially if longer distance purchase. You will be very glad you came to Criswell. Thanks Kae and Alan!! More

I contacted Criswell to explain what I needed and promptly got a reply with recommendations and options. Late on a Saturday I emailed that I wanted to set up an appointment for the following week. To my surprise, I got a return email on a Sunday morning saying they had confirmed the part in stock and just let them know when I would arrive and they would have everything ready. When I arrived the part was ready on the service advisors desk and the paperwork already in order. Its no exaggeration that I hardly had time to sit down when I saw my vehicle being pulled up by the door. I couldn't believe it was finished. This is by far the best service visit I have ever experienced with any car I have ever owned. They aren't my closest dealer, but certainly worth the drive! More

2015 A6 - Exceptional Experience This is my first review, but second Audi purchase. Our 2012 Q5 purchase from Criswell brought us back as a return customer. While walking the lot, I was surprised to meet George Criswell, whom I had not previously met. Mr. Criswell took the time to discuss my interest in a new vehicle and offered differnet considerations to meet my need, which was a surprise and much appreciated. My experience working with Alan Hannon and directly with Dwayne Jennings was stellar. Both offered to take the time needed to introduce me to the A6 we settled on. Dwayne offered a follow up visit at anytime to ensure I understood any features of my new vehicle. I have also received several emails from Dwayne, ensuring my satisfaction and answering any questions. I also received a follow up phone call from Alan Hannon a week later to ensure there were no questions and checking on my satisfaction. That was another surprise. Dawn Harper helped us with the financial processing of the purchase and made the final deal simple and seamless. On December 29th, 2012 I bought a 2009 Audi A4 Premium from Criswell Au So, I never write reviews for anything. But, This story deserves to be told. On December 29th, 2012 I bought a 2009 Audi A4 Premium from Criswell Audi. The experience was good and I liked doing business with them. The dealership was always helpful with service issues and I was impressed with the overall level of service. That is where this story begins. On December 27th, 2014, I was in a head-on collision on I-295 around Richmond, VA. I went from 70 to stopped in less than a second and I am convinced my Audi saved my life. Unfortunately, it was obvious that my car, which I loved, was totaled and I would need a new one. My third phone call was to Mr. Alan Hannon at Criswell Audi. Once Alan heard my story, he and my salesman Vance Ellis immediately got to work finding me a replacement vehicle. Meanwhile, the people in the service department got to work getting me the service records for my old car which raised the insurance value of my totaled car. Alan and Vance were patient and worked very hard to get me into an even better 2013 Audi A4 Premium Plus at a price I could afford. It is obvious that Alan, Vance and the entire Criswell team care about their customers. I am a customer for life. More

Christmas SUV for my Wife I recently visited Criswell and purchased a new SUV for my wife. The service was actually pretty good. I worked with Dewayne as my salesman and Dawn I recently visited Criswell and purchased a new SUV for my wife. The service was actually pretty good. I worked with Dewayne as my salesman and Dawn was my finance person. Even Al stepped out and spent time with me and the vehicle after the test drive. Another gentleman, Kevin took time to explain things to me when my salesperson had to assist other customers. They worked well as a team, were courteous, and explained everything. I've bought many cars in my life and even sold cars in a previous career of mine. However, their level of customer service far exceed my expectations. There were no manager tricks, gimmicks or anything like that at all. I would consider purchasing another car there in the future. I buy most of my vehicles out of town.
