Excellence in business Kevin Cramer was my salesman and Allan Hannon assisted with trade in and price "adjustment." They both deserve kudos for their patience, experience, instruction and the ability to made an onerous job....picking out an auto.. a fairly pleasant experience. I have purchased many cars and other vehicles and consider this experience one that deserves honors. They represent the type of salesmen that we all wise for but usually have to accept inferior versions. This is what I teach my students to model. Awesome experience...hyper-efficient I purchased a new S7 recently...I let them know what I wanted to do prior to my deployment, and they followed up and were ready to execute when I retu I purchased a new S7 recently...I let them know what I wanted to do prior to my deployment, and they followed up and were ready to execute when I returned 6 months later. I couldn't have asked for a quicker, friendlier, more time-efficient experience...thanks Chuck (sales) and Dawn (title, registration, financing...you know, the hard stuff)!! Additionally, I brought the car in for the Cilajet application a couple of days later...the service department is top notch...loaner car was awesome, staff was awesome...just rename the place "Lego Movie"! More

His knowledge about Audi cars was evident from our first meeting. He knew every single detail about the A5 and helped me to select the best packages for my A5 to make it my own. With Trevor's help I was able to select and purchase my A5 within three days. He is the best sales consultant I have ever had...HANDS DOWN!!! Wonderful Audi CPO Purchase I had a wonderful experience with Criswell Audi in general but more specifically with Al and Allen. Al was our salesperson and he had a very no hassl I had a wonderful experience with Criswell Audi in general but more specifically with Al and Allen. Al was our salesperson and he had a very no hassle approach. In fact he was quite busy this particular Friday with other clients and just told us to take the car for a spin and come back "in a while". He and the manager Allen were very friendly and helpful. Fair deal was reached with little negotiations. Criswell agreed to fix a few minor issues with the A6 and scheduled me for service as I was purchasing the car.
