Repeat Customer Once again, we had a great car buying experience at Criswell Audi. Alan Hannon and Dwayne Jennings are fabulous to work with. Last week, we bought a Once again, we had a great car buying experience at Criswell Audi. Alan Hannon and Dwayne Jennings are fabulous to work with. Last week, we bought a certified used Audi for my daughter and I to share. This is the third car we have purchased from Criswell Audi because they take such good care of their customers. We wanted to surprise our daughter so we told her we had to go to the dealership to pick up our other car that was in for service. When we arrived they had the filled the Audi with balloons and put a huge red bow on the top. She was shocked and completely surprised. We are very grateful to Alan and Dwayne for exceeding our expectations. They are professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Thank you both! More

Great experience... start to finish I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Cramer and Allan Hannon on the purchase of a new Audi Q5. They really listened, helped me find just what I w I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Cramer and Allan Hannon on the purchase of a new Audi Q5. They really listened, helped me find just what I wanted, and met all of my expectations in terms of price/trade in, etc. I thought I could only get into a used car... they showed me a path of getting into a new car. I was excited beyond words. The experience was fast and painless. This is my second time buying from Alan... and when the time comes again, I will go back to Criswell Audi. P.S. When I got home, I realized I had forgotten a few things in the trunk of the car I traded in. Dwayne Jennings, who was not even my sales person, dropped everything when I returned. He helped me retrieve all of my items and made it clear if I needed anything else, not to hesitate to let him know. Customer Service is clearly a #1 priority, and I so appreciated it. More

Criswell Audi review I took my car to Criswell Audi for an oil change and tire rotation. My Audi was in and out in no time, and everyone was very professional and efficie I took my car to Criswell Audi for an oil change and tire rotation. First Time Audi Buyer My wife and I had an excellent experience at Criswell Audi beginning with our initial visit to the dealership and ending with driving our new Audi All My wife and I had an excellent experience at Criswell Audi beginning with our initial visit to the dealership and ending with driving our new Audi Allroad off the lot 2 days later. We found everyone from the sales staff to the business office extremely courteous and responsive to all of our questions. This is a dealership that has integrated their efforts to create a great customer experience. The sales associate, Al Zayas, was exceptional. One of the worst experiences with a dealership. MIchael Lynn was the only nice person. The other dealership employees were not friendly and lacked customer service. The cashier seemed to have an attitude and seemed bothered when I approached. The loaner car given to me was filthy both inside and outside. My car was not brought to me and was not that clean. The services performed on my car seem to be fine but I will not return to Criswell nor will I recommend this dealership, I will take my car to Tysons Corner. I felt as though I just gave $264 away. More

NOT SO GREAT SERVICE Mike was not helpful at first with my service. I had purchase the dent & rim repair for my new 2015 S5 Audi. The first time using the service, I was t Mike was not helpful at first with my service. I had purchase the dent & rim repair for my new 2015 S5 Audi. The first time using the service, I was told it could not use it at your store. I had to make a phone call to the Tysons Corner Audi store. I asked can you look it up by Vin he said no you will need to provide me with number it is after market purchase. As I stand in shop I called dealer where I purchase car they provide me with number and I gave to Mike. He then tells me I will have to pay for service and get reimbursed. I was not aware of that process. So, I waited on payment to be processed for two days to Criswell Audi, Mike informed me they were not paid the actually amount by Tyson's Audi and I can come pick up car, because he was tired of dealing with them. I ask for my car to be wash. He said "it had not had a bubble bath" because it had rain the day before. I believe this was just not good quality customer service. More

Ray is fantastic in the service department, and I dealt with Alan and Vance for the purchase of my new Audi. They were very transparent with the buying process and knew the vehicles inside-out. They went out of their way to streamline the process to fit my schedule. More
