They performed my 55K mile checkup promptly and efficiently. One thing I wanted was to get the nav computer updated. The map data are five years old. My service writer explained the process and noted that there have been some complaints that some new roads in the local area, such as MD 200, are still not included. That was a deal breaker, and I elected not to get the update. I remain upset that Audi cannot provide a suitable map update. More

Great people, great work Ray was very helpful and very accommodating, with a great attitude. Service was done quickly, and the car returned washed and vacuumed.
