Pleased Audi Customer I came into the Criswell Audi dealership late on a miserably rainy evening and was initially greeted by Michael the sales manager. After finding out I came into the Criswell Audi dealership late on a miserably rainy evening and was initially greeted by Michael the sales manager. After finding out what I was interested in seeing, he introduced me to Al Zayas. Within minutes I was in the exact model I was interested in and we went for a drive. I did not have a prior appointment and the environment was extremely friendly and professional. I never felt pressured and always felt that they wanted to answer all of my questions and make sure I was comfortable during the process of choosing a car. They provided me fact-based answers to options regarding leasing or owning...and provided several incentives to get my business. Within a short while, I was off to the financing department and with minimal time had the vehicle licensed and all the paperwork done. When I took delivery of the car, Al spent nearly an hour going over all the features and technology within my new A6. Over the following week Al called me twice just to check on me, as well as, answered all of my calls immediately when I couldn't figure out how something worked. I am pleased with Al's customer skills...and recommend both he and the Criswell team! More

Awful service Just a heads-up regarding routine service repairs. If they don't pick up in the service dept. call sales to get through, and if you are wondering why Just a heads-up regarding routine service repairs. If they don't pick up in the service dept. call sales to get through, and if you are wondering why they have had your car so long, call, mine was ready on a friday, I called the next Tuesday to learn that. No messages, no voicemails. Make sure when they intake your car that the unusual noise you tell the about is actually listed on the service request form. I experienced a lack luster service rep. who told me that if I hadn't heard the noise after moving items in my trunk "then do you expect we're going to hear it" So, it wasn't noted or repaired, requiring them to keep the car an additional day after I insisted they check it out. it was a rusted exhaust clamp causing the exhaust to bounce around against the bottom of the car. Why didn't they notice it at the first repair… they told me they don't touch the hot parts of the car, so if it isn't a visible defect it will probably not be noticed. Really!! The exhaust is noted as an item they check when doing this routine service, to the service managers surprise!! Gloves are cheap, a quick tap tap takes a second! Especially on a car 8 years old!! And finally make sure if they miss a repair you told them about initially, they don't try to charge you a second diagnostic fee, they quoted $170 to install a simple clamp, a repair another dealer told me may not even require a labor charge its so quick!! Just a heads up! More

GREAT USED SUV BUYING EXPERIEINCE!! FIRST CLASS DEALER!! First off, my wife and I live about 90 min. away from Annapolis where Criswell Audi is located. But my wife saw her dream car there on Cars.com and i First off, my wife and I live about 90 min. away from Annapolis where Criswell Audi is located. But my wife saw her dream car there on Cars.com and it was at a great price. A 2013 Range Rover Sport in excellent condition inside and out. Seems like they only carry cars that are in great condition in the first place! We called to inquire about the vehicle and were greeted on the phone by Al Zayas. He was a true professional and we made an appointment to meet him to see the Range Rover. Took a test drive and the car was great! It did need a few little touch ups to make it perfect, but Al assured us along the way that all would be taken care of, including repairing a small leather tear and removing some scratches from the rims. Everything was taken care of as promised and the vehicle came out looking like new. And again, I feel like we got a fair price! We were buying a used Range Rover from an Audi dealer and they treated us like gold! Alan Hannon the sales manager has followed up with us at least 1/2 dozen times to make sure we are 100% satisfied and even gave us a free wax/detail when we came back one weekend to pick up a spare key! If you are looking for a new or used car, I would definitely buy here! I don't write many online reviews, but my wife and I were so impressed with Al and Alan that I had to share our experience at their dealer. Also, while our car was being detailed, Al (our sales consultant) even drove us to the local mall and picked us up later .... who does that these days! A++++ for these guys and Criswell!! Much thanks to Vance Ellis / Sales Consultant, Alan Hannon / Sales Manager and Dawn Harper / Finance Manager. They were all very professional, personable, informative and accommodating. All of my questions were answered with great detail and a pleasant disposition. I really appreciated that pressure tactics were not used, in effort to persuade me to purchase a vehicle.
