Cory was very responsive to my emails and very helpful as soon as we got in. He was very courteous, friendly and professional throughout the negotiation process and did not pressure us. He gave us all the information we asked for and was all around helpful. Our car trade-in/buying process went smoothly and quickly and we were able to close the deal in the shortest amount of time I think I've ever spent buying a car. From the time I rolled my vehicle out of the dealership, the sales team led by Alan Hannon has been nothing but responsive and respectful. Even a year later, when I encountered an issue that another dealership (closer to home) would not fix due to a potential warranty issue, Alan arranged my service appointment, loaner car and followed up to make sure I was all set. The service team was also great fixing my car in record time! I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and I will be back when the time comes for my next Audi. Lake Walton III was personable with great service Upon Lake's greeting to us, he asked what we were seeking. Once we were back at the dealership Lake quickly got the leasing process moving and the car brought over, cleaned and ready for me. The leasing process was quick as well. I say all this to get to this point: Lake Walton was informed, personable and on top of getting the customer what they need without wasting your entire day. Always greeted with a smile, always offered a loaner as needed, but the waiting area is very comfortable too. After 12 years working with Ray, Steven and Adam, I admit I"m picky and things are not always perfect, but overall I'd not want my Audis serviced anywhere else.
