Passing through on a weekend Audi Service Department was phenomenal. I originally bought by car from Criswell Audi in 2011. On April 16th I was traveling to Annapolis from Virgini Audi Service Department was phenomenal. I originally bought by car from Criswell Audi in 2011. On April 16th I was traveling to Annapolis from Virginia. A random Oil Level Low light came on. I refilled the oil en route, but the light stayed on. I took it to Criswell Audi Service, asked them what they could do. Oh and I told them I had an hour and a half because I had to get to a wedding. They provided me with a complementary Q5 while they did service on mine. Not only did they fix the broken sensor, but they did an oil change, and completed my entire 45K mile inspection. They returned my car in wonderful shape and with a fresh wash. I couldn't be more satisfied with the expedient and professional service I received there. More
