We called Ray, he explained the dealership's experience with this particular trouble light and asked us to stop by so he could reset the light and ensure our Audi's oil level was sufficient. We were greeted like old friends, discussed the issue briefly with Ray and he worked quickly to resolve the problem. As long as Ray is at Criswell, we will be Criswell customers. More

A few days after my purchase, there was a new Audi recall and I needed a very minor fix--while the timing was unfortunate, Criswell went above and beyond to rectify the situation. A special thanks to Alan Hannon and Austin for making what could have a headache a very easy process! As I live out of state, Criswell came to me, picked up my car, left me a rental, and had my car returned hours later (with a new tank of gas and car wash!). I found the used Audi on cargurus.com and was contacted immediately by their dealership. My other half and I are emergency personnel and do not work traditional schedules. Lake and Alan were patient with our endless phone calls, emails, and delays due to our work schedule. We already knew we were getting a good deal through car gurus, but Lake and Alan made sure we got a great deal! We came from out of state. They came in early just for us, offered to pick us up from the airport or drop off the rental car, anything we needed. They walked us through step by step how to set up the vehicle just how we wanted and gave a crash course on all of the settings. The car was in even better condition than the pictures online showed. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and would drive the 600miles to do it all over again. I cannot praise their dealership enough or how polite and helpful everyone was. This added vehicle #5 to our diesel fleet and this was hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had. More

Read my First Experience if I have your attention. First Experience I had an outstanding service experience received from Service Consultant Ray Johns and the Criswell service department. My wife and I have been drivers of a competing brand of high quality German car for 30 years. This was my first time with Audi service since we bought this Audi Allroad two months ago. Ray got me into the dealership quickly, kept me informed of the diagnosis and repair, and had me on my way in short order. It was a minor repair, but indicated a pleasant and efficient way of doing business. The visit was better than I've experienced elsewhere in the past and exceeded my expectations. As an aside, it was the second week of operation for Criswell's new Annapolis facility and the operation seemed to be running smoothly. The layout is very appealing, with several comfortable waiting areas including laptop connections, snacks, and drinks. Another Audi may be in my future. Service can indeed sell cars. [I have no idea about quality of the work other than the car works as it should, nor do I have price information as the work was under warranty.] More
