We told him what we needed and he bottom lined it for us!! He told us what he could and could not do for us - very fair, very honest and straight to the point -- LOVE IT!! Also worth noting, the dealership was short staffed and Renzy was working with us and another couple at the same time for a while and he did so without making us feel ignored for one second. Please do not buy from Audi of Annapolis Mike is a xxxxxx bag and also a snob and he's just a terrible person he didn't invite us to his office he thinks he owns Audi. Mike for your information you don't own Audi and I'm sure a few years from now you will be replaced and also I got the deal I wanted on the TT you are an absolute fool. More

I came in from out of town and these guys took care of me like true professionals. Alan was very upfront with the pricing and financing options we discussed via email prior to my visit. Things only got better when I got there. Alan greeted me very promptly and knew who I was before I introduced myself to anyone. He got me right in his office and started the process to get me on my way. Not only did he honor the pricing we discussed, he also got me a better deal with Audi CPO Financing at an amazing rate. The whole time I felt like these guys were old friends who were looking after me through the process. I have been in this industry and know true service when I experience it. He also followed up with me the next day to see how everything worked out, that I got back safely, and to make sure I loved the car. Got to love that level of service these days. Kudos to these guys!
