2016 Ford Fusion se purchased on 12-12-16 I must say that I've never been a fan of dealers but crestmont has changed my mind. I came in after two other dealers sold the car out from under me I must say that I've never been a fan of dealers but crestmont has changed my mind. I came in after two other dealers sold the car out from under me this week. I text Jason Herron and he assured me that it would be there for me and guess what it was! I was hesitant to drive 2 hrs after the closer dealers screwed me over but I'm glad I did. I was impressed at the cleanliness and friendliness of the place. They had a huge selection of cars even though I came for only one. I was greeted by Joe pelto and it was more like meeting a friend than salesman. I highly recommend this man! I had financing set up already but the finance guy Adam dejean asked if I minded if he tried to get me a better rate and I said sure. This man was really nice and never pressured me to buy anything and explained everything and he got me an even better rate than I had from lending tree. There were no hidden fees and everything seemed really straightforward! If anybody has any reservations about any dealership see Joe and Adam and I guarantee that you will be treated right! My next car will be through these guys as long as they work there:)I am 41 years old and this is my 90th car so I've had some experience with dealers in the past lol! More
