From our friendly greeting, to the excellent sales experience with Joe Yun, t After a few weeks of used car shopping, I decided to head to Crestmont. From our friendly greeting, to the excellent sales experience with Joe Yun, this was by far, the best car buying experience my wife and I have had. Our car was ready and warmed up, indoors, when we arrived. Joe showed us the car and its features before the test drive. I appreciated the dealer taking care of a last minute issue with the windshield we discovered. The decision on how to repair the windshield happened quickly, and the compromise was fair. While waiting for our car to get detailed, Joe was friendly and cared to ask about our family. It was a joy to get to know a bit about Joe as well. We let Joe know that we have a small budget for a used car for our daughter. Joe offered to give me a call if he felt the car they had was a safe and reliable car for our daughter. Ken, the Finance Manager, was nice and provide several options for me to choose from. The Cashier (LR) who took my down payment was also friendly. If I ever need to shop for a used car, I'm glad to have a salesman like Joe Yun and a dealer like Crestmont Hyundai to start my shopping. Nice job living up to your Dealer Rater rating. :) More

Not knowing what the final cost is going to be, after all the additional charges are added up, is one of the main reasons that makes car buying so unpleasant. However, Joe was so upfront with everything, that the price he quoted me was very close to the final price. The additional charges came from the financing side, which was handled very professionally. Joe did inform me in advance that there would be additional fees from financing, but he couldn't tell me how much. Joe made buying this vehicle such a pleasant experience that I have already started recommending this dealership to my family and friends. Thanks Joe More

Once I finally decided on my Equinox, he was incredibly helpful through the financial process and even helped me set up my first oil change and service! I have never had a car dealer care enough to actually listen to what I was looking for and not push for his/her own "quota". Joe even made sure to call and follow up with me about a week after my purchase to make sure I was still happy, and again during the first major snowfall to make sure I was loving my 4-wheel drive! I would absolutely recommend Joe to a friend or family member looking to purchase a vehicle! More
