General manager only got involved as needed, to confirm price, check on process, and end to congratulate. Not pushy or any overwhelming stories. Adam Dejean (finance rep) was extremely knowledgeable, informative, patient, and friendly, not in your face. Fast, accurate, no errors, explained steps and timing of process. Service department rep were very courteous and willing to help. Dealership was clean in/out, not cluttered, and the sales reps if not busy with customers (which they were), did not loiter around the showroom. Crucial - throughout the purchase experience, both, my wife and I were treated equal and with respect. Note - since Crestmont Hyundai of Brunswick opened about 10 years ago, my family had several similar positive experience (sale, service, finance).
